Here is a recently finished project involving a renovation to the ground floor, transforming a dark, crowded floor plan to create a beautiful open plan kitchen/dining/living room. A first look at our proposals for the transformation of a family home in Sandling, Hythe.

The design combines a sensitive refurbishment with carefully considered new additions, creating a more spacious and connected contemporary home.

Externally, Millboard Board and Batten+ is paired with matching dark green windows, doors, fascias and rainwater goods to create a cohesive natural palette that sits beautifully within the verdant landscape.

Inside, we have carefully designed the layout around a pre-owned kitchen sourced through Rehome, giving a high-quality kitchen a new life within the redesigned home, saving money and dramatically reducing the carbon footprint and waste.
