Hey everyone, I'm curious - what are you cooking up this weekend? I love trying out new recipes and experimenting in the kitchen. Personally, I'm thinking about making some homemade soup with lots of fresh veggies, or maybe trying my hand at a new pasta dish. Get More Juice
Next time you need fresh lemon juice, try this restaurant tip. Microwave a lemon for 7-10 seconds. Then, roll the lemon back and forth under your palm on the counter. When you squeeze, you’ll get more juice from the lemon with way less effort. Try it with limes, too!

When it comes to vintage kitchens, perhaps nothing screams retro more than the 1940s styled kitchen. Patterns, patterns and more patterns is the key theme through this decade. From curtains and tablecloths to flooring – if there was a print, there was a way. Filled to the brim with cupboards and pull down drawers, the kitchens of the Forties were bustling and busy, and certainly visually striking.
