A quick turnaround job following a leak from pipework beneath an upstairs toilet, which had unfortunately rotted the floorboards and damaged the original toilet unit.

With the client working to a tight deadline due to a house sale, we acted fast — installing a dehumidifier for a week to dry the area while carrying out repairs.

Works included:
• Repairing and re-plastering the kitchen ceiling below
• Replacing the damaged floor section
• Installing a new toilet unit with concealed cistern and pan
• Renewing all associated pipework

Another job completed efficiently to help keep everything on track for the client’s sale 👍

At a super-quick turnaround, we were first called to this bathroom after a leak appeared through the ceiling downstairs.

After investigation, we found a cracked shower tray and a leaking shower valve hidden behind the tiled wall.

As this was the only bathroom in the house, speed was critical. In just under two weeks, we completed a full strip-back and rebuild to get the home back to normal.

Works included:
• Replacing a damaged section of subfloor
• Rebuilding stud walling
• Re-plastering
• Re-tiling a section of the floor
• Installing a new shower tray
• Fitting shower wall panels for a watertight finish
• Painting throughout
• Replacing the basin unit with a new matching splashback
• Full re-siliconing for a clean, tidy finish

A partial apartment refurbishment completed over the Christmas period and into the New Year.

This project involved a full bathroom redesign and rebuild, transforming a dated space into a modern-traditional bathroom. The works were taken back to bare brick and floor joists due to a longstanding damp issue, allowing us to properly resolve the problem before rebuilding from the ground up.

The bathroom received all new walls, plastering, electrics, plumbing, and extensive timber work. The finished space now has a refined modern-traditional feel, featuring Bristan 1901 brassware, a shower bath, and bespoke built-in furniture.

Throughout the apartment, ceilings were dropped to accommodate new electrical layouts and concealed downlights. All ceilings and walls were fully plastered to remove old rice paper wall coverings, then redecorated alongside all woodwork to give a fresh, clean finish.

Additional works included a new tiled kitchen floor to complement the bathroom, and a full electrical upgrade with new downlights on dimmer switches. All cabling was chased into the walls to achieve a seamless, flush finish throughout.

A great example of how careful planning, structural repair, and quality finishes can completely transform a space.
