Hanham project complete 👌

▪️Removed the old leaking conservatory and created an open plan kitchen/diner with underfloor heating throughout and tiled floor.

▪️Old outbuilding was just unusable & leaking so we put a new roof on, insulated the building and created a downstairs bathroom.

We had some bad weather on this one but it didn’t stop us especially when you have great customers 😁.

Small outbuilding was demolished and a new 4m x 5.5m single storey extension was built to create this beautiful open plan kitchen/diner area allowing loads of natural light with the bi-fold door and 3 velux windows 💥

Utility room with a down stairs W/C was added, not only does it benefit you when you have a busy house hold, it increases the value of your home for very little cost on projects like this. 🏠
