Le Roc Products is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team at our Yatesbury facility as an Junior Mould & Form-work Carpenter.
The successful candidate will assist with the preparation of timber moulds for our staircases and associated products. Candidates are expected to hold GCSE English & Maths and should have basic woodworking skills. A first or second year “bench joinery” level 2 NVQ Diploma would be an advantage. Reliable transport is essential as the workshop is in a rural location.

Fantastic news in Yatesbury with the installation of a brand new Defibrillator in the old phone box at The Lymers - all paid for by contributions from the generous people of Yatesbury Village.
Our MD here at Leroc, Peter Carroll has kindly agreed to pay for installation and repairs once works have been completed.

This will really benefit the community in saving precious minutes in the treatment of sudden cardiac arrest.

As well as Precast Stairs, Leroc Products also manufacture interlocking Lego Blocks with built in lifting anchors for easy installation. These blocks have many uses, here they are being used as fence hoarding for a local customer.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking Concrete Steel Fabricator to join our stair production team in our Yatesbury factory.

Main Duties:
- Working with others to clean & strip down stair moulds from the previous day’s concrete pour
- Fabricating steel reinforcement cages which form the backbone of our concrete stair units & pouring concrete into the new moulds
- Keeping the yard, factory & canteen in a clean, tidy state
- Assisting with loading delivery lorries. Fork lift or telehandler experience is a bonus, not essential.
