Lower Eype Farmhouse.

Over 160m² of polished flint concrete, a 6-meter feature wall, and 6 meters of steps—all cast at the same time as the floor and stripped and rendered to match the polished finish, creating a seamless flow across every surface.

Our team carried out the full install in just one day, ensuring every element—from floor to wall to steps—connected perfectly and was ready for the next stage of the build immediately.

Finished in Flint, this polished concrete brings a timeless, cohesive look to this stunning Jurassic Coast farmhouse—combining durability, style, and meticulous craftsmanship in every detail.

The Collective — South West

It was an absolute pleasure bringing Harry’s vision to life with his dream floor for the new tattoo studio in Yeovil.

We installed 35m² of Graphite polished concrete across the entire ground floor, giving the space a sleek, modern finish that’s perfect for artists working in a tattoo studio- resilient to ink spills and easy to clean

Taking centre stage, we also designed and built a bespoke high-level counter desk, finished in black microcement and topped with Lixio countertop for that extra edge.
