A job completed back in April for the Membury family to enjoy during this lovely spell of weather!
We were tasked with completely ripping out this tired and old looking garden, removing the beds/shrubs, a dwarf wall, path and well!
We then replaced the dwarf wall with soft wood sleepers which step up on to an 18m2 Indian sandstone patio - Kandla Grey.
Next doors outbuilding which backs on to the garden has been cladded with a venitian style fence, suppled by Fencing Centre Yeovil, which complements the patio’s fresh, modern look. Finishing off with a brand new lawn supplied by Sherborne Turf.

Here we have a gate and fence replacement for a local, regular customer. With the old timber rotted and the garden no longer dog proof, we installed a new gate with a feather edged cladded fence to keep the dog in.

Latest project completed in conjunction with Adam Martin Gardens. Tasked with grading and removing the vegetation from this long sloping garden in Little Norton, we prepared the ground for seeding, with the top section being seeded with wildflower.

Three vegetable beds were constructed near the top of the garden where we took down a large birch tree which was rotting at the base of the trunk. We used reclaimed railway sleepers for the vegetable beds and topped them with mushroom compost for the customer to plant up in the spring.

We then prepped and turfed down the sides of the terraced lawn, which we had layed in the summer. Finishing off the job with hanging a couple of gates at the side of the property.

Lawn installed with timber edging over in Templecombe. Finished off with 20mm clean stone to gravel between the the edging and flower beds as requested by the customer. Looking forward to heading back in the new year to replace the paving!

Two oak sleeper beds and parking extension installed in Templecombe in conjunction with Adam Martin Gardens.

One filled with mushroom compost and premium soil to be planted by Adam with mixed evergreen shrubs to act as a screen. The other (painted by the customer) filled with clean stone and dressed with 10mm Cotswold to situate pot plants. One very happy customer!

They’ve been building their dream home for the last 10 years in this beautiful, idyllic spot and have got me in to get the garden looking the part. 160m2 of beautiful Indian Limestone to lay, so watch this space! Lovely little job completed for the Pangs in Stoke Sub Hamdon. Softwood raised sleeper bed installed with a Fossil Mint Indian Sandstone pathway. And a circular patio to match, disguising the manhole cover with plant pots and a water feature to be added by the customer! 🪴⛲️

Turf transformation in 2 weeks! This garden had seen better days, overgrown and not used for the best part of 2 years. I sprayed off and strimmed the overgrown weeds, removing all green waste from the site before rotavating, levelling and installing Sherborne Turf’s premium turf.

Beautiful day helping out Adam Martin Gardens, planting/mulching up this property in Winterborne Stickland and installing a leaky hose irrigation system. We’ll be back to turf the front and back lawns in early autumn when the conditions will allow the turf to thrive!
