We at D L Crease Ltd are looking for an Administrator to join our established and friendly company.

Job Role: Administrator
40 Hours Per week 8.00am – 4.30pm
Salary – Negotiable depending on experience
Full-time Permanent Contract

We at D L Crease Ltd are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our established and friendly company.

We carry out a wide range of electrical works throughout Somerset and Dorset from small domestic works to complete commercial installs.

Training will be provided, however, experience with Sage, Outlook and Excel are minimum requirement.

The candidate’s main duties will include
• General administrative duties.
• Answering the telephone in a polite and professional manner.
• Ordering stationary and supplies when needed.
• Answering and responding to email enquiries.
• Ordering materials, arranging deliveries, and liaising with wholesalers and customers.
• Editing letters, quotations and general paperwork as required.
• Management of the Engineers time schedules.
• Provide and maintain informational spreadsheets through Excel as required.
• Management of computer files.
• Invoice inputting using Sage.
• To update and track social media platforms.

The candidate must be
• Punctual
• Polite
• Courteous
• Experienced in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Experienced in Sage

We at D L Crease Ltd are looking for an electrician to join our established and friendly company.

We carry out a wide range of electrical works throughout Somerset and Dorset from small domestic works, to complete commercial installs.

The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, be able to carry out electrical works to a safe and high standard and have a polite and respectful working manner.

As a minimum requirement the candidate must also be qualified up to and including 18th Edition. Experience with the use and installation of alarm systems would be a benefit however, training can be provided.

The role includes being part of a 24-hour call-out rota system and the opportunity for out of hours working where necessary.

Salary is negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
