Tip-always install the condensate before positioning the boiler otherwise it’s difficult to get to.

Navien gas boiler install. The flue originally on the boiler was to close to the vent for the kitchen cooker extractor, so installed a plume kit to keep the flue within regulations
Tip…always check boiler dimensions if installing in a kitchen cupboard. This install was a tight fit with some alterations to the cupboard.
