A great way to end the week! š
This week weāve had my nephew with us at Complete Vision UK on work experience, and itās been great to have him as part of the team.
His ambition is to become a Quantity Surveyor, so we hope spending time on site, seeing projects from start to finish, and learning how different trades work together has given him valuable experience that will help him on his journey.
Construction is about far more than what you see at the finished stageāitās about planning, teamwork, attention to detail and solving problems every day. Hopefully this week has given him a real insight into the industry.
Everyone starts somewhere, and weāre proud to support the next generation by sharing our knowledge and experience.
