Here are some before and after pics of this latest kitchen remodel. Removed the wall separating the kitchen and dining room, installed a steel beam, added piers to accommodate point loads, drywall repair, painted ceilings, walls-all trim in entire home, refinished flooring, moved appliance locations with mechanicals, new kitchen cabinets, tops & plumbing. With this Master Bath project we too a bathroom that was divided into two separate spaces and had separate entrances as you can see in the design. We closed (1) doorway, removed the dividing wall which had plumbing, electrical & HVAC. These items were relocated. This space was turned into a normal master bathroom. A Fresh Look started this new kitchen remodel. This project also entails hardwood floor refinishing for the whole first floor, adding new matching hardwoods to the master, removing wall and remodeling entire master bathroom with heated floor system. Also we will be painting the ceilings, walls, trim & doors on the entire first floor. This will be an amazing transformation, stay tuned to the updates as this project progresses. Sorry, I have not kept up with pictures on this new build been really busy getting to the stage. I will post pictures soon from where I left off at the foundation pour. Getting ready to set all the Quartz in the kitchen, master bath, hall bath and laundry room.
