Me and Troy have had an extremely busy start to the year. Here’s one of the projects we recently finished at the start of April, a loft conversion on the outskirts of York.

🔨 Remove the existing roof and install new roof structure.
🔨 New Floor boards installed with accounting insulation installed between the floor joists.
🔨 Kingspan insulation install to regulations.
🔨 Plasterboard installed where needed.
🔨 New rose wood windows installed to match the existing house.
🔨 2 wardrobe spaces created.
🔨 Skirting/ archatrive installed where needed.
🔨 Fire door installed to the loft area.
🔨 Access doors to the eaves. For storage space.
🔨 Grey hanging tiles installed to the exterior of the dormer with rosewood fascia board to match the existing house.

Here’s a recent garage conversion me and Troy recently finished in York. Coordinating with all trades to get a finish the customer and ourselves were happy with.

🔨 Studwork installed to the perimeter of the building with kingspan and plasterboard finish.
🔨 Studwork to form a bathroom area.
🔨 Oak effect herringbone flooring installed.
🔨 New skirtings/ archatrives/ doors installed.
🔨 Bespoke cupboard doors made to hide the boiler.
🔨 Kitchen area created with storage.
🔨 Staircase installed with handrail and black metal spindles.
🔨 All electrical works done by Tawny Electrical and Plumbing.
🔨 All plumbing works done by Sanderson Heating & Renewables.
🔨 All building works done by Rob Pipe.
