Today we have finished off this new flat roof consisting of removing and disposing of the old conservatory roof and frame, then we installed a new timber frame and installed new 120mm insulation. Next we installed new 18mm smart-ply osb boards on the roof and finally installed the new EPDM Firestone rubber and all edging trims. Here is a before and after on a job we have completed today we started by cutting the concrete gutters flush with the bungalow on the front and rear and then installed new timbers over the concrete guttering. Next we capped over the timbers with UPVC fascias, soffits, gutters and a downpipe and also installed a new fascia box end to the existing gable. Finally we installed new breathable membrane and treated battens on the first meter of the roof and then installed a new course of tiles along the bottom. All our UPVC works are guaranteed for 15 years, for all enquiries or would like to book an appointment please contact us!

For the past few days we have been constructing a new bungalow roof, firstly we removed and disposed of the old tiles and the old rotten felt and battens, next we installed the new breathable felt and treated battens. Then we installed the grey double-roman tiles and also a new dry-ridge system. All our roofs come in a range of different colours and styles and we guarantee all our re-roofs for 15 years!
