North Yorkshire Project – Case Study

This project involved the full electrical installation of a high-end residential property, requiring careful coordination, attention to detail and a flexible approach throughout.
From first fix through to final commissioning. The works included lighting, power, distribution, the installation of a standby generator system and seamless integration of a Lutron smart home system. Given the level of finish expected, precision was key at every stage particularly around lighting design, containment routes, and final fit-out.
As with most projects of this scale, coordination played a huge part. Working alongside other trades and adapting to ongoing design development meant maintaining clear communication and a proactive approach on site.
A big part of what made this project a success was the working relationship built throughout. Collaborating closely with P. Robinson Builders, Finite Solutions, Hazell Joinery, and Shouksmiths, we were able to keep things moving efficiently and deliver a high-quality end result.
Projects like this are a great example of what can be achieved with the right team, strong communication and a shared focus on quality.
