Bathroom refit completed this week in bishopthorpe.

Works included full back to brick removal of old bathroom, new ceiling, overboarding walls, tiling, plumbing and fitting of new bathroom furniture. New door and door frame also installed. Electricals of new fan, and downlights installed by qualified electrician.

Composite decking replaced on a lovely bedroom balcony completed. Now once again an amazing space.

Removing a failing plywood tiled bath panel to a modern upvc panel.

This allows maintenance access to the bath waste and plumbing as it can be taken off and put back on multiple times unlike the old tiled panel.

It is water proof, light, reusable and easily cleaned. It looks good too.

Repair and re-decoration of porch.

The wood had rotten around the base of the newels. This was chopped out and new timber cut in. After filling, sanding, priming and 2 x external top coats, its looks as good as new.
