IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE – Lead Roofing Installer with a Labourer.

Following the continued success of our new build division, we have an opportunity for another installation team to support growth and meet demand.

Installing in-roof Viridian integrated systems across sites in Yorkshire, Midlands, Lancashire, Teeside for some of the UK’s largest and renowned new home developers.

Experience and qualifications required:
• Roofing NVQ Level 2
• 2 Years minimum roofing experience
• Experience working with all types of tiles
• CSCS card required
• SSSTS/ SMSTS preferred
• Experience with installing Viridian systems advantageous
• Full UK driving licence required

Installing renewable energy equipment such as solar PV inverters, battery storage and EV charge points to our new build, commercial and daily domestic retrofit projects.

Sapele hardwood box windows to replace existing softwood windows. Double glazed and finished in F&B Pointing. New Sapele hardwood front door also manufactured allowing more light into the hallway with the double glazed top section. Finished in F&B Pigeon.

Project from 2022 in warmer months. 1 Little Shambles needed structural repairs to the gable end. Oak beams carefully removed and replaced and then rendered by the building contractor. 6 new Accoya casement windows manufactured to match the existing and many heavy oak beams later we got there. Looking lovely in the sunshine ☀️

New door to match existing on Westlodge Lendal Bridge. The original had been vandalised and was deemed beyond repair.

New Sapele hardwood sashes installed into the original boxes at a lovely property in York. The original boxes needed extensive repairs as the property is in a conservation area. As the images show the sashes needed fitting to the out of square original boxes as part of planning approval.
