OCH Huddersfield Site subcontracting for Grk Civils Limited on a Bam Construction UK site in full flow. Taking on all Civils & Externals works. A little update of what the boys have been doing. Any companies looking for reliable and experienced subcontractors with a wealth of experience feel free to get in touch.

Civils -

- very tricky dig navigating around services which the boys have done fantastic with.
- drainage installed underground
- accos installed
- ducts installed into feeder pillars
- stoned up to correct heights ready for concrete
-concrete base put down ready for paving.

Externals

- bike store being paved and extending to kerb side 359sqm 8ml joints
- cobble sett path 400sqm sizing from 100mm-200mm 8ml joints
- pathways paved
-benches installed.

Our private work is still running behind the scenes with our very busy schedule now on the commercial side of things. This particular job has been a massive transformation as seen in the photos maximising the spaces potential

- composite fencing
- Block planters built
- Rendering done by CJ Plastering
- Porcelain imported
- Steps built
- Water feature installed
- Spot lights

Gardens getting produced week in week out to the highest level absolutely immaculate finish working alongside great customers as always. producing the goods on our behalf again. Onto the next ☀️

Job completed this week for a friend. Ivory porcelain installed acos installed and a lovely patio area ready for the summer. Thank you to our main subcontractor for constantly bringing the quality in their work.

Pavers & experienced labourers.

Must have

- CSCS Card
- Good work ethic

This is long term work not somebody to come in for a couple of weeks. We need reliable workers who are happy working in teams and can put there hand to

- Kerbing
- Flagging
- Block paving

95 sqm in York block paved complete this week. 4 days to a great standard for a lovely couple.

- job 1 clean of 4750 pavers individually as being reinstated.
- Dig out sub base and install w**d barrier
- Screed
- Relay
- Resin coat to leave an immaculate finish.

Another extremely happy customer 4 jobs come off the back of it. The work speaks for itself all done it good time. Thanks to the team for all your hard work.
