წარმოგიდგენთ ჩვენს მიმდინარე საოფისე შენობის პროექტს Tower Group • თაუერ ჯგუფი-სთვის.

პროექტი მდებარეობს ბათუმში, მემედ აბაშიძისა და ლუკა ასათიანის ქუჩების კვეთაში. აღნიშნული შენობა არის კულტურული მემკვიდრეობის ძეგლი, რომელიც არის ავარიულ მდგომარეობაში. მისი მდგომარეობიდან გამომდინარე ფუნქციურად მისი გამოყენება შეუძლებელია.

პროექტის ფარგლებში ჩატარდა არქიტექტურული კვლევა, რამაც მოიცვა ძეგლის გრაფიკული ფოტოფიქსაცია, მომზადდა არქიტექტურული ანაზომი, ჩატარდა ლაბორატორიული კვლევა, რის მიხედვითაც დადგინდა ნაგებობის კედლის სიბრტყისა და დეკორატიული არშიების პირვანდელი სახე. ასევე, მომზადდა ისტორიულ-არქიტექტურულ-სახელოვნებათმცოდნეო ანალიზი დასკვნა-რეკომენდაციებით.

შენობას ჩაუტარდება რესტავრაცია/რეკონსტრუქციის სამუშაოები. პროექტის მთავარი მიზანია შენობის ისტორიული იერსახის მაქსიმალურად შენარჩუნება და მისი ფუნქციური განვითარება.

We are pleased to present our ongoing office building project for Tower Group • თაუერ ჯგუფი.

The project is located at the intersection of Memed Abashidze and Luka Asatiani Streets in Batumi. The building is a listed cultural heritage monument that is currently in a critical condition. Due to its structural condition, the building is no longer suitable for functional use.

As part of the project, a comprehensive architectural study was conducted, including detailed graphic and photographic documentation of the monument. Architectural surveys and laboratory investigations were carried out to determine the original appearance of the wall surfaces and decorative elements. A historical, architectural, and art-historical analysis was also prepared, accompanied by conclusions and recommendations.

The building will undergo restoration and reconstruction works. The primary objective of the project is to preserve the building’s historic appearance to the greatest extent possible while giving it a new and functional role.

ბათუმისა და ლაზეთის მიტროპოლიტმა მეუფე დიმიტრიმ საქველმოქმედო და საგანმანათლებლო ცენტრის “ბეთლემის” საძირკველი აკურთხა და სავედრებელი პარაკლისი აღავლინა.

საქველმოქმედო და საგანმანათლებლო ცენტრი „ბეთლემი“, რომელიც უწმინდესი პატრიარქების - ილია II-ისა და შიო III-ის ლოცვა-კურთხევით და მეუფე დიმიტრის ინიციატივით ბათუმში, გიორგი ანწუხელიძის ქუჩაზე აშენდება, ხანდაზმულთა და შეზღუდული შესაძლებლობების მქონე პირთა თავშესაფარს, ხანდაზმულთა დღის ცენტრს და სკოლამდელი აღზრდის ცენტრს გააერთიანებს, სადაც ინკლუზიური სწავლების ჯგუფი იფუნქციონირებს.

His Eminence Metropolitan Dimitri of Batumi and Lazeti blessed the foundation stone of the “Bethlehem” Charitable and Educational Center and officiated a prayer service.

The “Bethlehem” Charitable and Educational Center, to be built on Giorgi Antsukhelidze Street in Batumi, was initiated by Metropolitan Dimitri with the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch Ilia II and His Holiness Patriarch Shio III. The center will include a shelter for elderly people and persons with disabilities, a day center for the elderly, and a preschool education center with an inclusive learning group.

წარმოგიდგენთ ჩვენთვის მნიშვნელოვან პროექტს. საქართველოს საპატრიარქოსა და ბათუმისა და ლაზეთის მიტროპოლიტის მეუფე დიმიტრის ინიციატივით საფუძველი ჩაეყარა საქველმოქმედო და საგანმანათლებლო ცენტრ ,,ბეთლემს''.

• პროექტის საერთო ფართი: 11 500 კვადრატული მეტრი
• ფუნქცია: სოციალური და საგანმანათლებლო ცენტრი, რომელიც აერთიანებს სხვადასხვა თაობისა და საჭიროების მქონე ადამიანებისთვის განკუთვნილ სივრცეებს.
• ხანდაზმულთა და შშმ პირთა თავშესაფარი: 150 ბენეფიციარზე გათვლილი, 24-საათიანი მომსახურებით.
• დღის ცენტრი ხანდაზმულებისთვის: სივრცე 100 ბენეფიციარზე.
• სკოლამდელი აღზრდის ცენტრი: გათვლილი 150 ბავშვზე, მათ შორის ინკლუზიური სწავლების ჯგუფით.

We are pleased to present our important projects. Initiated by the Georgian Orthodox Patriarchate and His Eminence Metropolitan Dimitri of Batumi and Lazeti, the foundation has been laid for the “Bethlehem” Charitable and Educational Center.

• Total area: 11,500 sq.m
• Function: A social and educational center that serves people of different generations and diverse needs under one integrated environment.
• Shelter for the elderly and persons with disabilities: A 24-hour residential facility accommodating up to 150 beneficiaries.

წარმოგიდგენთ ჩვენს ახალ პროექტს „ბულვარის კარიბჭე“-ს, Gumbati გუმბათი ჯგუფისთვის.

შენობა, სადაც კლასიკური არქიტექტურა თანამედროვე ქალაქის დინამიკას ერწყმის. შენობის ფორმირება ეფუძნება პროპორციების, სიმეტრიისა და თაღების რიტმულ თამაშს, რაც ფასადს გამორჩეულ იდენტობასა და ხასიათს ანიჭებს. ბუნებრივი ქვის ტექსტურა, დახვეწილი დეკორატიული ელემენტები და შუქ-ჩრდილის თამაში ქმნის ელეგანტურ და დახვეწილ არქიტექტურულ სახეს.

პროექტის განსაკუთრებულ აქცენტს წარმოადგენს ბორდოსფერი პირველი სართული, რომელიც თავისი მასშტაბითა და პლასტიკით შენობას ურბანულ გარემოში გამოკვეთილად წარმოაჩენს. მაღალი თაღოვანი ვიტრაჟები ქუჩასა და ინტერიერს შორის ბუნებრივ კავშირს ქმნის, ხოლო კომერციულ სივრცეებს სიცოცხლის განცდას სძენს. ეს ნაწილი არა მხოლოდ ფუნქციური, არამედ შენობის არქიტექტურული ხელწერის მნიშვნელოვანი ელემენტია.

ზედა სართულებზე განთავსებული სკულპტურული, ნიჟარის ფორმით შთაგონებული აივნები პროექტს უნიკალურ ხასიათს ანიჭებს და ზღვისპირა გარემოსთან კავშირს უსვამს ხაზს. გამწვანებული ტერასები, ღია ხედები და პენტჰაუსის არქიტექტურული გვირგვინი ქმნის პრემიუმ საცხოვრებელ სივრცეს, სადაც კლასიკური არქიტექტურის ღირსება, ბუნების მოტივები და თანამედროვე ცხოვრების კომფორტი ერთიან ჰარმონიულ გარემოდ გარდაიქმნება.

აღსანიშნავია, რომ პროექტი ჩაერთო “ბათუმი ავარიული სახლების გარეშე” პროგრამაში. არსებული შენობა-ნაგებობების ტექნიკური მდგომარეობა იყო საფრთხის შემცველი და მისი აღდგენა-გამაგრება იყო არარენტაბელური მისი დაზიანების მასშტაბიდან გამომდინარე.

Introducing “Boulevard Gateway,” new mixed-use development designed for Gumbati გუმბათი.

A building that brings together classical architecture and the dynamic spirit of the contemporary city. The architectural composition is based on the harmonious interplay of proportions, symmetry, and rhythmic arches, giving the façade a distinctive identity and timeless character. Natural stone textures, refined decorative details, and the careful balance of light and shadow create an elegant and sophisticated architectural expression.

A defining feature of the project is its burgundy-colored podium level, which, through its scale and sculptural form, establishes a strong urban presence. Tall arched glazing creates a seamless connection between the street and the interior, bringing vitality to the commercial spaces and enhancing the pedestrian experience. This element serves not only a functional purpose but also forms a key part of the building’s architectural signature.

The upper floors are distinguished by sculptural balconies inspired by the form of seashells, reinforcing the project’s connection to its coastal setting while giving the building a unique visual identity. Landscaped terraces, open views, and the architectural crown of the penthouse create a premium residential environment where the dignity of classical architecture, the inspiration of nature, and the comfort of contemporary living come together in perfect harmony.

It is also important to note that the project is part of the “ Batumi Without Hazardous Buildings” redevelopment program. The existing structures on the site had reached a condition that posed significant safety risks, and due to the extent of deterioration, their restoration and structural reinforcement were no longer economically viable.

წარმოგიდგენთ ჩვენს ახალ პროექტს ბათუმის ზღვის პირველ ზოლში მდებარე 60-სართულიან, მრავალფუნქციურ კომპლექსს შპს „სიფერლი“-სთვის.

არქიტექტურული კონცეფცია შთაგონებულია ზღვისპირა ლანდშაფტით, ჰორიზონტალური ტალღების რიტმითა და თანამედროვე არქიტექტურის იერსახით. ფორმების რბილი ხაზები და ტერასები ასახავს ბუნებრივ დინამიკას და ქმნის ჰარმონიულ დიალოგს გარემოსთან.პროექტის მიზანი იყო თანამედროვე, გამორჩეული შენობის შექმნა, რომელიც მასშტაბითა და ფორმით ბუნებრივად ერგება სანაპირო ზოლს.

შენობა გამოირჩევა ვერტიკალური, სკულპტურული კომპოზიციით, რომელიც ჩამოყალიბებულია ტერასული განაშენიანების პრინციპით. მოცულობა გაყოფილია ორ ვერტიკალურ ბლოკად, რომლებიც დაკავშირებულია გამწვანებული საერთო ტერასით, ეს სივრცე წარმოადგენს როგორც ვიზუალურ აქცენტს, ასევე საზოგადოებრივ რეკრეაციულ ზონას.

We present our new project a 60-storey multifunctional building complex located on Batumi’s first coastline, developed for LLC “Sea Pearl”.

The architectural concept is inspired by the coastal landscape, the rhythm of horizontal waves, and the language of contemporary architecture. Soft lines and terraced forms reflect natural dynamics and create a harmonious dialogue with the surrounding environment.

The goal of the project was to create a contemporary and distinctive building that naturally integrates into the scale and character of the coastal zone. The building features a vertical, sculptural composition shaped by the principle of terraced development. The volume is divided into two vertical blocks connected by a landscaped shared terrace, which serves both as a visual focal point and a public recreational space.

The facade is articulated with light, softly rounded elements and continuous balconies, giving the building a dynamic and elegant silhouette. Large glazed surfaces maximize the use of natural daylight and enhance visual connectivity with the surroundings, while integrated greenery improves the microclimate and increases the building’s environmental value.

The architectural concept of the Chateau Kvirike is based entirely on Georgian themes. The scale, pro

portions and materials used are selected so that the architecture is light and harmoniously blends into the environment. Brick and brick-colored stone create a warm, natural look that is both classic and modern. The color palette and texture of the materials give the complex a lively architectural accent and create an environment where architecture, nature and comfort merge into a single system.

The complex, located on an area of ​​​​11,500 sq m, is provided with access roads from all sides, which creates a well-organized and comfortable space.

The first floor of the eight-story building houses public and recreational areas, restaurants, a spa center and an indoor pool, which gives the complex a four-season functional purpose.
