⚪ Before the construction works started, the geological and geophysical expertise were carried out and the result obtained appeared to be consistent with all the norms.

⚫ Using the pile-system is one of the main engineering decisions as well. The complex leans on 254 piles, the overall length of which equals to 2240 meters. The piles go down to rocky layers, guaranteeing the firmness of the complex.
