332 villas, each with its own character, shaped by one architectural vision.

For this private residential complex in Dubai, our team reinterpreted neoclassical architecture for contemporary living. Classical symmetry and refined detailing were combined with modern functionality to give every villa a distinct identity while preserving the visual harmony of the entire development.

The result is an elegant and functional residential environment where classical character feels entirely at home in the present.

Façade design is one of our core areas of expertise, encompassing detailed façade drawings, IFC documentation, technical coordination, and support throughout the construction process.

Marina Gate, a project developed in Dubai, is one of the cases where our team contributed to the development of the façade system. As part of the project, detailed façade and IFC drawings were prepared, followed by coordination of façade works during the construction phase.

One of the challenges of the project was the integration of metal panels and glazing systems within the design, aiming to achieve an efficient and technologically advanced façade appearance.

Through precise technical solutions and innovative approaches, the façade was ultimately delivered exactly as envisioned in the original concept.

ფასადის დიზაინი ჩვენი ერთ-ერთი ძირითადი მიმართულებაა, რომელიც მოიცავს ფასადის დეტალურ ნახაზებს, IFC დოკუმენტაციას, ტექნიკურ კოორდინაციასა და სამშენებლო პროცესის მართვას.

Marina Gate, დუბაიში განხორციელებული ერთ-ერთი პროექტია, რომელშიც ჩვენი გუნდი ფასადის სისტემის განვითარებაზე მუშაობდა, რისთვისაც მომზადდა ფასადის დეტალური და IFC ნახაზები, მომდევნო ეტაპზე კი, კოორდინაცირებას ვუწევდით სამშენებლო პროცესს.

A natural stone façade is never just an exterior finish. It is a carefully coordinated architectural system where proportion, structure, material behavior, joints, anchors, and construction logic must work together with precision.

Detailed façade drawings allow this complexity to become buildable. They define how each stone element connects to the structure, how layers are organized, how loads are transferred, and how the architectural idea is translated into a durable, functional, and visually refined envelope.

This stage is where design becomes construction intelligence. Every detail matters, because the quality of the façade is shaped long before the first stone is installed.

Located in Dubai Mall, this caviar shop was designed as an elegant showroom-style space, where the exceptional value of the product can be felt in every detail.

Planned as a premium gallery-boutique, the space brings together Iranian and Arabic aesthetics, the warm texture of natural wood, the solidity of black stone, and refined accents of golden brass.

In architecture, an idea is only the starting point. Real value is created when a vision is transformed into a precise, technically developed, and executable system.

For this project, located in one of Dubai’s prime areas, the main objective was to bring together an innovative façade, functional planning, and efficient solutions while preserving the project’s architectural character, commercial value, and technical precision.

This is where the importance of detailed drawings becomes clear. They translate the concept into a language that can be understood and executed on the construction site, ensuring that the façade, structure, FLS, and MEP systems are fully coordinated.

That is why detailed drawings are not just documentation, they are the bridge between an idea and its real ex*****on.

არქიტექტურაში იდეა მხოლოდ საწყისი წერტილია. რეალური ღირებულება კი მაშინ იქმნება, როცა ხედვა ზუსტ, ტექნიკურად გამართულ და შესრულებად სისტემად გარდაიქმნება.

დუბაის ერთ-ერთ პრესტიჟულ ლოკაციაზე მდებარე ამ პროექტში მთავარი ამოცანა იყო ინოვაციური ფასადის, ფუნქციური დაგეგმარებისა და ეფექტიანი გადაწყვეტების გაერთიანება ისე, რომ პროექტს ერთდროულად შეენარჩუნებინა არქიტექტურული ხასიათი, კომერციული ღირებულება და ტექნიკური სიზუსტე.

ბელგიაში, 65,000 კვ.მ ფართობის მრავალფუნქციურ კომპლექსზე მუშაობისას ჩვენი მთავარი ამოცანა, ისეთი მინიმალისტური და მდგრადი არქიტექტურული კონცეფციის ფორმირება იყო, რომელიც სრულ თანხვედრაში იქნებოდა ინვესტორის სტრატეგიულ ხედვასთან და ამავე დროს შექმნიდა გრძელვადიან ურბანულ და ეკონომიკურ ღირებულებას.

გენერალური გეგმის და კონცეფციის ფაზაში, ფუნქციურ ზონირებაზე დაფუძნებით, დავამუშავეთ ურბანული სტრუქტურა, რომელიც გააერთიანებდა საცხოვრებელ, სასტუმრო და კომერციულ ფუნქციებს, ეკო-მეგობრულ და ენერგოეფექტურ სამშენებლო მიდგომებს, კონკურენტუნარიან, ეკონომიკურად მიმზიდველ კომპლექსს.

or a 65,000 sq.m mixed-use development in Belgium, our main objective was to create a minimal and sustainable architectural concept that aligned with the investor’s strategic vision and contributed to long-term urban and economic value.

Throughout the master planning and concept design stages, and guided by a clearly defined functional zoning strategy, we developed an integrated urban framework that connects residential, hotel, and commercial functions within one cohesive spatial structure. The project is based on eco-conscious and energy-efficient construction principles, making it both competitive and economically attractive.

By combining strategic planning with spatial optimization, we shaped a feasible, financially viable, and investment-ready complex that responds to market needs and reflects contemporary standards of urban development.

When a global brand redefines its retail experience, every detail has to work with the same precision as the brand itself.

Samsung Cheil Iran was one of Canaform’s important international retail projects, created as part of Samsung’s renewed brand shop concept in the region.

Our team was involved in design management, IFC drawings, detailed interior solutions, full joinery documentation, and construction site supervision. The project required close coordination with the South Korean team to adapt Samsung’s global standards to a real commercial space, from smart tables and display systems to sensitive interior details.

For Canaform, this project represents more than retail design. It is a strong example of international collaboration, technical precision, and turning a global brand vision into a fully executed customer experience.
