We did it! 🎉
Throwback to the last month grand opening of the ibis Tbilisi Airport Hotel finally happened — and what a tremendous success it was! This achievement is the result of incredible dedication and teamwork from everyone involved.

Our deepest gratitude goes to Mr. John Dodelande and his partners, whose investment and vision laid the foundation for this remarkable project. A special thank you to Mr. Clément Blanchet, our brilliant French colleague and conceptual lead architect, and to Mr. Gogi Sulaberidze, chief architect of the Artstudio Project, whose creative leadership — alongside his talented team — brought this vision to life.

This milestone would not have been possible without the outstanding leadership of the management team, while a heartfelt thank you also goes out to the exceptional group of builders and engineers whose expertise, precision, and hard work made everything possible.

Together, we’ve turned a vision into reality — the ibis Tbilisi Airport Hotel now stands as a testament to what collaboration, creativity, and passion can achieve.

აჭარაში შუახევის მუნიციპალიტეტში დასრულდა ევროპაში ყველაზე გრეძილი ორზოლიანი ზიპ-ლაინის მშენებლობა, რომლის მთლიანი სიგრძე სადგურებს შორის შეადგენს 1752 მეტრს. ქვედა სადგური ზღვის დონიდან 2040 მეტრზეა განლაგებული, ხოლო ზედა (არწივის ბუდე) 2446 მეტრზე მდებარეობს. სადგურებს შორის სიმაღლე 405 მეტრია.
ქვედა სადგური მოიცავს კაფეს, მოსასვენებლ სივრცეს, ადმინისტრაციას და საინფორმაციო ცენტრს. ხოლო ზედა სადგური მოიცავს ზიპ-ლაინის გამშვებ პუნქტს და არწივის ბუდის ინსტალაციას. უშუალოდ ტექნიკური ნაწილი კი იტალიური კომპანიის ,, Adrealine X-Treme Adventures Group LTD,, მიერ არის დამუშავებული, რომელთაც დიდი გამოცდილება აქვთ მოცემულ პროექტებთან დაკავშირებით.

In Shuakhevi municipality, Adjara, the construction of the longest, dual lane zip-line in Europe was completed, the total length of which makes 1752 meters. The lower station is located at altitude of 2040 meters, and the upper (Eagle's Nest) - at 2446 meters. The height between the stations is 405 meters. The lower station accommodates cafe, lounge, administration and information centers, while the upper one - zip-line departure point and an eagle's nest installation.
The technical part is processed by Italian company ,, Adrealine X-Treme Adventures Group LTD,, which has a great experience in these field.

SHARE Georgia 2024 – International Architecture Forum was held on October 11 at Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers! This year, for the first time, Georgia also participates in this event and we are very proud that this was realized with the direct participation and support of Arstudio Project. The event was loaded with sharing of interesting and innovative ideas, promoting current trends in this field; the event welcomed the world's leading architects. We would like to express our special thanks to the main organizer and creator of the event, Mr. Florin Mindirigiu.

არტსტუდიო პროექტი (ASP_team) აგრძელებს მუშაობას გორის მუნიციპალიტეტის ატენის ხეობის და მიმდებარე ტერიტორიების სივრცის დაგეგმარების გეგმის შემუშავებაზე, სამუშაოები მეორე ეტაპზე გადავიდა.

არტსტუდიოს გუნდმა (ASP_team) მოსამზადებელი კვლევების შედეგები სივრცითი და ქალაქთმშენებლობითი განვითარების სააგენტოსა და ადგილობრივი ხელისუფლების წარმომადგენლებს გეგმარებითი ერთეულის ტერიტორიის შუაგულში - სოფელ ბოშურში წარადგინა.

მომდევნო ეტაპზე კი საპროექტო ტერიტორიის განვითარების ხედვას, სტრატეგიასა და სიცოცხლისუნარიანობის შეფასების დოკუმენტაციას წარვადგენთ.

2024 წლის 28 მარტს გაიმართა ტანას ხეობის სივრცის დაგეგმარების პროექტის მეორე ეტაპის პრეზენტაცია სოფელ ბოშურში (ბოშურის თემი). საპროექტო გუნდის მიერ პრეზენტაციაზე წარმოდგენილ იქნა ხედვა.

პრეზენტაციას ესწრებოდნენ სსიპ სივცითი და ქალაქთმშენებლობის განვითარების სააგენტოს უფროსი და წარმომადგენლები, გორის მუნიციპალიტეტის მერიის არქიტექტურის სამსახურის თანამშრომლები, პრემიერის რწმუნებულის მოადგილე შიდა ქართლის მხარეში, ასევე გორის მუნიციპალიტეტის განვითარების სააგენტოს წარმომადგენლები, ადგილობრივი თემების წარმომადგენლები, ატენის სიონის წინამძღვარი და სხვა დაინტერესებული თუ ჩართული მხარეები.

გამოითქვა მოსაზრებები ყველა დაინტერესებული მხარის მიერ პროექტთან დაკავშირებით. საბოლოო ჯამში, პრეზენტაციამ მოწონება დაიმსახურა.

აქვე, აღვნიშნავთ, რომ გრძელდება მუშაობა კონცეფციაზე ყველა დაინტერესებული მხარის ჩართულობით.

On March 28, 2024, the presentation of the second stage of Tana Valley spatial development project was held in the village of Boshuri, where the design team familiarized attendees with the project a vision... The meeting was attended by the representatives of the Spatial and Urban Development Agency, local authorities, community members, ecclesiastics (senior priest of Ateni Sioni and others) and other stakeholders. Participants shared opinions and viewpoints regarding the project. In the end, the presentation was well pleased.

Now, the works continue on the concept, with the involvement of all stakeholders.
