Balansa Construction is going to undertake the following Projects in Balansa:
1. Anyabasi Cultural Theater
2. Football Pitch
3. Residential Apartment
So far the foundation of the Theater has just had seen minimal work and has to wait for a period.

The portions intended for the Football pitch and School is to also on hold until Funds are mobilized.

The Residential Apartments were started on the 10th July, 2022 after some periods of holdup and family issues that lasted for almost 15 years due to false claims.
The Residence is meant to house Visitor who might like to stay for some time in BUILSA LAND.
The Structures would take sometime to complete for COMFORTABLE staying.

We are Soliciting Funds from friends, Donors and Philanthropists.

Today 10th July, 2022 Balansa Construction started the Foundation work on the Building that is meant as an accommodation for visitors who might be Guests to the Balansa Village to help in the Construction of the BIGGER Project named after our Very Great Great Grandfather ANYABASI.

The Theater so named ANYABASI CULTURAL CENTER is to house all Relics collected in the village and Sister villages to be showcased in the Museum after it's completion.

We are in Balansa in the Builsa North District and a suburb of Sandema in the Upper East.
Balansa Construction is currently the main Contractors on the ANYABASI CULTURAL THEATER which is on going in the Village.
A family Group from Lion Hearted Warriors of the 16 to 18 Centuries and Descendants of Atuga founder of the Builsa States.

We are currently Planning, Improving Structures for the Tuskegee International School Ghana in Accra and ANYABASI CULTURAL/THEATER in BALANSA SANDEMA for the ANYABASI FAMILY.
The Company might not be taking other Works for now as a lot of is needed to Plan and Execute Complex Structural Works.

Some Materials on Site for the start of Construction in January, the Project is going to be in Stages as and when Finances are available.
The 1st Stage is a 3 Bedroom Apartment which has Materials ready to start and finish within a month for Accomodation.
