Maznio Services manages the daily operations, maintenance and safety of real estate investments. We take responsibility for complete management of tenants and/or patrons of any facility. As part of our service, we help orient new tenants with the surroundings and, familiarise them with on-site equipment and protocols. We also oversee compliance with regulations and relevant cod
es and handle complaints and emergencies, ensuring the on-going comfort and peace of mind of all stakeholders. From screening and selecting tenants to supervising move-ins and move-outs as well as evictions where required, we provide full support at all times. To effectively manage your asset we also take charge of the physical management of your property including regular preventative maintenance and emergency repairs. Where there are other employees already contracted to the building such as security guards, we supervise their operations and performance at the location. Maznio Services maintains records of all maintenance as well as other required information pertaining to your property and are able to generate periodic reports to track your building’s performance in all areas. In some instances and at the client’s request we also set, collect and adjust rent, making remittances to landlords at agreed intervals. As a policy, Maznio Services ensures safety compliance on all our sites in line with our own Health and Safety Policy as well as internationally mandated standards. BUILDING ENGINEERING
