Our terms of service for electrical installation work:

1. Scope of Work

- The contractor will perform electrical installation work according to the agreed-upon specifications and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.

2. Payment Terms

- 50% deposit due upon signing of this agreement
- Balance due upon completion of work
- Late payments subject to 2% monthly interest

3. Warranty

- 1-year warranty on labor
- Manufacturer warranty on materials.

4. Liability

- Contractor liable for damages caused by negligence or faulty workmanship.
- Not liable for product failure or manufacturer defects.

5. Safety and Insurance

- Contractor has liability insurance and workers' compensation.
- Client responsible for ensuring site safety.

6. Permits and Inspections

- Contractor responsible for obtaining necessary permits.
- Client responsible for scheduling inspections.

7. Materials

- We use quality materials for all our work.
- We also use our clients design or drawings for our work.

8 Staffing
