With the Motto; Future Hope complimented with the slogan; apprenticeship upgrade, our approach to teaching and training is guided by the basic principles and requirement of the National Vocational Training Institute (NVTI) and that of Ghana Energy Commission. Furthermore, all our teaching staff has been duly certified by both NVTI and Ghana Energy Commission hence we will facilitate the certification a higher platform for job competition and self-establishment. GMEEA which is ready to bridge the gap between the regulatory bodies and the ordinary apprentice or the fresh candidates, would want to engage the partnership of these institutions, pursue 80% practical approach to teaching and training, ride behind technology to achieve our Mission of Emerging as the National leader in enhancing practical expertise in the Engineering (Electrical Installations, Marine Electrical Engineering and Electrical Motor Rewinding) sector. Before the commencement of the Academy on 8th February, 2016, some client companies of Good Morning Electrical Engineering Company (GMEEC) which is allied with GMEEA had placed request of students that will graduate from the academy to occupy technical positions in their companies. This clearly shows that GMEEA has built the required relationships with the appropriate institutions not only for training but also for job placement for our candidates through GMEEC. GMEEA have initiated registration processes with Council For Technical and Vocational Education and Training (COTVET) and Ghana Education Service (GES) – Kpone District amongst other institutions that will facilitate the dream of the academy. Management have further resolved to collaborate with Youth Employment Authority (YEA) to come up with a masterpiece training model to train youth apprentices in our programme areas with the objective of adding value to those youth and make them more marketable enough for job placement or self-establishment. Furthermore, GMEEA have partnered the International Youth Fellowship and the International Mind Education Institute-Korea to supplement the training with mind Education which will better prepare the minds of our candidates for difficult tasks ahead of us. GMEEA promises to adequately prepare the first batch of students numbered 12 to fit in the world. Against this backdrop we can say we are true hope for the future. These are candidates who are already practicing or working with Electrical Installation, Marine Electrical Engineering and Electrical Motor Rewinding firms and require intensive practical experience. ARTISAN II CATEGORY
These are candidates who are already practicing or working with Electrical Installation, Marine Electrical Engineering and Electrical Motor Rewinding firms or operating on their own and are far from theoretical aspect of the programme and require intensive practical experience. SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL (SHS) GRADUATES CATEGORY
These are SHS graduates who wish to pursue Electrical Installation, Marine Electrical Engineering, and Electrical Motor Rewinding and require intensive practical experience. JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL (JHS) GRADUATES CATEGORY
These are JHS graduates who wish to pursue Electrical Installation, Marine Electrical Engineering, and Electrical Motor Rewinding and require intensive practical experience and must be 18 years and above
PROGRAMME DURATION

SHS GRADUATES 2 years (4-Semesters) Minimum passes in all subjects. JHS GRADUATES 3 years (6-Semesters) Minimum passes in all subjects. TEACHING METHODOLOGY
To achieve the objectives of providing total concept of our programmes, different types of learning situations will have to be created/ organized. These are:
• Lecture rooms for imparting informal theoretical and technical knowledge.
• Case studies/ Group discussions
• Self-learning techniques, like computer based self-learning training packages etc.
• Practical hands-on training in corrective maintenance methods and techniques.
• Through simulation techniques and on-job training in Electrical Installation, Marine Electrical Engineering and Electrical Motor Rewinding firms. The training methodology adopted creates step by step environment of the participants. BENEFITS OF GMEEA
