Architecture that disappears into the landscape.

This private villa development explores an encaved architectural strategy, embedding space within the terrain rather than building upon it.
The project unfolds as a series of discreet volumes, carefully carved into the hillside, allowing privacy, uninterrupted sea views, and minimal visual impact on the natural environment.

Each villa becomes part of the topography:
• protected from wind and heat
• integrated with Mediterranean planting
• oriented toward horizon and light
• designed for long-term environmental and investment value

Our approach focuses on creating destinations where architecture, landscape, and hospitality operate as one system.
We believe future luxury lies not in dominance over nature, but in belonging to it. Developed as a vision for contemporary coastal living and low-impact luxury development.

Milos is an island shaped by geology.
Layers of earth, carved through sulfur mining, form landscapes defined by continuous organic lines. Soft, excavated, almost sculptural.

This boutique hotel of six suites translates that geological memory into a contemporary proposal for Cycladic architecture.
Spaces are not simply built, they are revealed.
Curved walls follow fluid movements inspired by the mines, creating a spatial continuity where architecture feels carved from the ground itself. Light enters through openings like excavated voids, shaping moments of calm and intimacy.

Traditional Cycladic principles like simplicity, mass, light, and materiality are reinterpreted through flowing geometries and a contemporary spatial language.

A contemporary spatial interpretation of Cycladic archetypes.

At our studio, architecture evolves through continuous research on form, materiality, and spatial expression.
Each project becomes an exploration of new architectural languages, aiming to shape innovative and distinctive buildings that respond to contemporary living while creating a strong design identity.
A dynamic composition of sculptural balconies and fluid horizontal lines shapes a contemporary residential building that explores movement, light, and spatial continuity.

Koukaki Vertical Extension

In the vibrant neighborhood of Koukaki, this project explores the dialogue between existing architecture and contemporary intervention.

An older Athenian building becomes the base for a three–floor vertical extension, designed to respect and reinterpret the identity of the original structure. The design draws inspiration from the ornamental geometric patterns found in the existing façade, translating them into a custom perforated brick system that wraps the new addition.

The new façade acts as a textured screen: filtering light, creating depth and privacy for the balconies, while maintaining a visual continuity with the past. During the day it appears as a calm, sculptural surface, at night, light escaping through the perforations reveals the life within.

Rather than mimicking the old, the proposal reimagines its language, creating a contemporary layer that celebrates craftsmanship, shadow, and the evolving urban fabric of Athens.

Our approach to wellness design focuses on sensory experience.

Light becomes material. Texture becomes atmosphere. Space becomes ritual. A retreat designed not only to be seen, but to be felt.

AQUA | Elliniko, Athens

Flowing architecture inspired by movement, light and the Mediterranean horizon.
“Aqua” redefines contemporary living in Elliniko through sculptural balconies, soft organic geometry and seamless indoor–outdoor transitions.
The building unfolds in horizontal waves, creating privacy, generous terraces and a constant dialogue between residence and landscape.
A composition of fluid white frames, natural textures and transparent layers, designed to capture the Athenian light from every angle.
A new landmark of elevated coastal living.

Slantia House in Vari explores the interplay of straight and slanted lines with clean geometry.
Its facades, crafted in white brick and black metal, together with the sloped roof and pergolas, create a dynamic play of light and shadow. The ground floor opens to the garden and pool, while the upper floor features terraces with views and privacy. A home that balances minimalism, modern design, and a seamless connection with nature.

Designing contemporary workspaces for forward-thinking teams.

Raw exposed concrete defines the structure, while colored glass filters light, movement, and emotion through the space.
Transparency, material honesty, and controlled color come together to create a workplace that feels both focused and expressive.
This is where function meets atmosphere, an office that supports work, interaction, and identity.
