KNIT. We are closing the season with this beautiful project, one we have grown particularly fond of, as it moves into construction this September.

Located in Paleo Psychiko, the project is a surgical intervention on a building that had evolved through several additions over time, resulting in a fragmented architectural expression.

Our approach draws on the notion of “knit” — imagined as a giant veil draped over the existing building, gently wrapping and quietening its different sides. The weave becomes denser in some areas and more open in others, allowing light and views to pass through while gradually bringing the building together as a unified whole. A collection of holiday residences designed in quiet dialogue with the landscape of Gerani, Crete.

Constructed with exposed concrete by , featuring a warm, weathered terracotta-toned finish, the buildings establish a natural connection with local stone, light, and the surrounding terrain. REFINED LUXURY — just completed ✔️ after a demanding transformation process — and definitely one of our favourite projects to date.

A layered apartment renovation in the heart of Kolonaki — designed around art, objects, texture and contemporary urban living.

From the brightest, sun-filled living spaces to the intentionally darker, atmospheric WC, every area was designed with contrast in mind — balancing softness, materiality and mood throughout the apartment.

Minimal yet warm, refined yet inviting — a home that balances clean aesthetics with a strong sense of identity.

A layered apartment renovation in the heart of Kolonaki — designed around art, objects, texture and contemporary urban living.

This project was shaped by a client with a distinct vision of modern luxury and a personal art collection that became the starting point of the design process. The challenge was not simply to renovate the space, but to create a calmer, cleaner and more contemporary, without losing warmth or personality.
