REFINED LUXURY — just completed ✔️ after a demanding transformation process — and definitely one of our favourite projects to date.

A layered apartment renovation in the heart of Kolonaki — designed around art, objects, texture and contemporary urban living.

From the brightest, sun-filled living spaces to the intentionally darker, atmospheric WC, every area was designed with contrast in mind — balancing softness, materiality and mood throughout the apartment.

Our latest apartment renovation blends contemporary urban living with the timeless elegance of a vintage Athenian residence. Designed around art and texture, the space combines classic architectural details with smooth minimal materials, creating an atmosphere of effortless calm and understated sophistication. Minimal yet warm, refined yet inviting — a home that balances clean aesthetics with a strong sense of identity.

A layered apartment renovation in the heart of Kolonaki — designed around art, objects, texture and contemporary urban living.

This project was shaped by a client with a distinct vision of modern luxury and a personal art collection that became the starting point of the design process. The challenge was not simply to renovate the space, but to create a calmer, cleaner and more contemporary, without losing warmth or personality.

Η αρχιτεκτονική πρόταση σε ένα από τα πιο εμβληματικά κτίρια της Αθήνας και ένα από τα πρώτα παραδείγματα αειφορικού σχεδιασμού στην Ελλάδα ήταν η δημιουργία ενός σύγχρονου χώρου με στόχο να ενσαρκώσει το όραμα της εταιρείας για την ψυχαγωγία του μέλλοντος.

Two volumes held in balance, resting on the landscape of Kymi like a moment just before movement.
The house does not simply sit on the terrain; it engages with it, hovering toward the sea, holding tension between weight and lightness. Design team: .vay Status: Under permit

Implant is our new renovation project in the island of Hydra. We injected contemporary design elements in an old traditional house in Hydra to make it functional in the same way an implant is introduced in a body in order to keep it alive.

RETRO·VIVAL

This renovation in Pangrati combines contemporary design with selected vintage elements from the apartment’s original character. The aim is not to recreate the past, but to work with it, allowing old references to coexist with new spatial interventions.

The interior is organised around a calm, domestic atmosphere, enriched with colour, texture and handcrafted details. These elements add warmth and individuality without dominating the space. A key feature of the project is the creation of a new inner courtyard, which improves natural light, ventilation and the overall spatial quality of the house.

Back to the office! The permit has been issued, and we are ready to start construction of this mixed-use building on Kifissias Avenue.

For this project, we aimed to create a building that feels calm and private for the residential units above, while also contributing actively to the urban space at street level. The design seeks a balance between a serene home environment and an engaged, lively presence in the city fabric.
