As summer’s warming rays shine over the productive landscapes of Costa Navarino, we are inspired to tune in to a slower pace of life.

Southwand House represents a blend of the heritage of messinian stone tower-houses found in the Mani region nearby, and the character that has been well established in the previous constructions of the development, that nod respectfully and continue a well-rooted architectural landscape of stone buildings that develop vertically.

Intended to be the summer escape destination for a dynamic northern european family, it sits in a beautifully landscaped area of the messinian productive landscape, among olive groves and cypress trees, overlooking the ionian sea that stretches across the horizon.

With summer in full swing in Mykonos, Villa Mandra reminds us of the restorative qualities of summer calm – taking time to rest and recharge.

Villa Mandra is built upon the idea of slow, laid-back summer living, and encourages mindful connection with family, friends and the freedom to exist peacefully in nature. Form follows emotion rather than function, as every space becomes another opportunity for rest, reflection and exploration.

Key to the character of the house is the palette of traditional materials such as lime-wash, stone and wood that have been applied and engineered with contemporary techniques to create un-nostalgic architecture that bridges heritage and locality with contemporary life. Hand-built stone walls are sharply confident; traditionally rendered, round-edged volumes are perfectly flat and smooth.

For over a decade, Scorpios [Scorpios Mykonos] has brought the art of gathering to life each summer, celebrating conviviality through food, music, and design.

Scorpios is an atmospheric experience that celebrates beach culture and transcends the various design disciplines to present a total experience that submerges the visitor from the masterplan to its every little detail.

Every element is brought together harmoniously in a re-invention of the ancient socio-cultural concept of ‘Agora’ or ‘gathering place’.

A beautiful perspective on Kálesma [Kalesma Mykonos | Luxury Hotel] through the eyes of Salva López, peeling back the layers of the hotel’s identity and revealing its essence, spirit, and quiet beauty.

Kálesma merges modernism with the local tradition, reinventing mykonian hospitality by proposing a laid-back experience of island living.

Kálesma is not really a hotel. It is a village, in the traditional Mykonian sense. It reimagines the concept of the extended family home, as an intimate hospitality destination that invites guests to connect to the essence of Cycladic life.

ANAMESA expresses a way of life in balance, a dynamic transition across a spectrum of states and possibilities. It draws from the multifaceted nature of Mykonos and contemporary island living.

The philosophy of ANAMESA emerges from the space between shifting forces: solitude and celebration, rawness and refinement, stillness and movement, tradition and contemporary existence. Rather than opposing one another, these conditions overlap in constant dialogue, creating moments of intuitive comfort and a more authentic way of inhabiting the island.

In this context, balance is understood as a continuous negotiation and a way of navigating across options and freely choosing between them according to moment, mood and desire.

The collaborative regeneration study (, , ) for the historic “El Paso” stadium reimagines it as an open civic ground for sport, culture and everyday life.

Rather than replacing the existing stadium, the proposal works through careful and targeted interventions that preserve its atmosphere and identity while opening it more generously to the city.

At the heart of the masterplan is the transformation of the currently fenced perimeter into a continuous public park, reconnecting the stadium with the everyday life of Kallithea and reinforcing its role as a rare green breathing space within the dense urban fabric of Athens.

On the eastern side, the existing concrete bleachers are consolidated into a continuous structure, while new passages and inhabited galleries create spaces for movement, social interaction and community use throughout the week. New canopy additions improve comfort and protection for spectators.

The western stand introduces upgraded viewing infrastructure and outdoor training areas, while preserving and enhancing the running track through shaded and sheltered zones for everyday athletic use.
The proposal ultimately acts as both preservation and reinvention, demonstrating how existing sports infrastructure can evolve into an open and inclusive civic landscape deeply rooted in its community.

We have given our website a new look.

This refreshed digital presence aims to fully echo our identity and embody the clarity, sharpness, and holistic thinking that define our work.

Through refined typography, a restrained visual language and an intuitive structure, the navigation experience is designed to feel calm, seamless, and immersive, a digital extension of our values, grounded in minimalism, originality, and precision.

Developed in close collaboration with Nevma, the project was shaped through a shared passion for detail and a rigorous, systematic approach. Their technical expertise helped unlock complex challenges and transform the vision into a fluid and thoughtfully crafted experience.

, and have teamed up for a collaborative regeneration of the historic “El Paso” stadium, reimagining it as an open and inclusive civic ground for sport, culture and everyday life.

Building on the stadium’s strong identity and deep community roots, and the club’s ambition for sporting progression within a values-led framework, the proposal preserves the character of the existing structure while upgrading and expanding its facilities, capacity, and spatial performance.

Rather than introducing a radical transformation, the intervention amplifies and refines the site’s existing layers of public life, strengthening its connection to the neighbourhood and extending its role within the daily life of Kallithea. This approach is grounded in a strategy of careful evolution, leaving the stadium largely intact while upgrading its infrastructure, expanding capacity from 6,300 to 9,000 seats, and enhancing accessibility, comfort, and public use. The design operates through precise architectural and landscape interventions that reinforce –rather than replace– the stadium’s inherent qualities.

Key interventions include opening the currently fenced perimeter into a continuous public park, extending the stadium into a porous civic landscape more closely integrated with the neighbourhood. New programmatic layers introduce cultural, wellness, retail, and food spaces, activating the site beyond match days and enriching everyday urban life. Extensive vegetation and tree planting improve microclimatic conditions and reinforce the stadium as a green civic asset. A reconfigured façade and bleacher system further enhance spectator experience while improving training environments and social interaction.

At its core, the project positions the stadium as a continuously active civic landscape, deeply rooted in its community and gently evolved for a broader urban future.
