These small side by side houses have a front private terrace on the lifted ground floor or balcony on 1st level and share a large garden with a common pool. The gaps between large stone walls provide free wind flow through the sides of the building though they deliver three "aithria" assuring that the basements are cooled and physically lighted. Summer or winter, the views from the ground and upper floor are skies and seas across an endless horizon.
