By combining 27 years of experience in the design and support of more than 300 projects, of all types and sizes, with almost 15 years of expertise in the application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) Technology, we have successfully integrated the principles of Virtual Construction and Integrated Project Delivery in our design and project management procedures.

Συνδυάζοντας 27 χρόνια εμπειρίας στον σχεδιασμό και την μελετητική υποστήριξη περισσότερων από 300 έργων, όλων των τύπων και όλων των μεγεθών, με την 15ετή σχεδόν εξειδίκευση σε τεχνολογικές εφαρμογές BIM, έχουμε πλέον ενσωματώσει στον τρόπο που μελετάμε και γενικότερα υποστηρίζουμε την κατασκευή των κτιριακών έργων, τις αρχές της «Ψηφιακής Κατασκευής» (Virtual Construction) και της «Ενοποιημένης - Ολοκληρωμένης Παράδοσης Έργου» (Integrated Project Delivery).

For a project of this scale, BIM became more than a design tool. It became a way to bring clarity to complexity.

For the City of Dreams Mediterranean construction tender, EB/Architects supported the J&P AVAX – TERNA JV with BIM-based quantity surveying and BoQ integration across architectural and structural works.

A composite BIM model was developed from tender documentation and connected to the BoQ through a project-specific workflow, enabling accurate quantity take-offs and supporting construction sequence visualisation for the competition entry.

Where culture, landscape, and precision come together.

The Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center is one of Greece’s most significant civic landmarks. Designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop, it brings culture, nature, and public life together in one continuous experience.

EB/Architects contributed across the design, tender, and construction stages, delivering architectural and BIM implementation services. From BIM management and clash detection to IFC, construction, and shop drawings, every stage was supported by coordination, accuracy, and technical clarity.

The National Gallery of Greece has been reimagined through a major renovation and expansion, bringing new energy to one of the country’s most important cultural institutions.

Expanded exhibition spaces, new public facilities and panoramic views over Athens come together through a digitally coordinated process. EB/Architects delivered BIM-supported services across design and construction, including multidisciplinary BIM coordination, Scan-to-BIM documentation and the development of the museography design by Parmenidis–Longuépée Architects through construction documentation and immersive visualisation tools.

Salonica Metro Depot Complex in Pylea

At the operational heart of the Salonica Metro network, the Depot Complex brings together administration, operations control, maintenance, workshops, train stabling and technical support within a highly demanding infrastructural programme.

Built on a compact site, it is the first facility of its kind to accommodate train stabling on two overlapping levels.
EB/Architects developed the architectural design from preliminary to detailed stage, resolving complex operational and security requirements while establishing a clear identity through bold curved volumes, durable materials and vivid colour accents.
