.All about the Envelope. The wooden constructions that we build offer an optimal behaviour in the external climate conditions. They have an outstanding heat storage capacity and therefore they cool off very slowly. During summer, the solar heat penetrates very slowly, from the outside to the interior, hence the dwellings saty pleasantly cool in summer. The thermal insulation is certified as well as the airtightness, after a Blow-door audit.
.Fire & Earthquake Safety. These wooden contructions provide 3 to 5 times fire safety than conventional, such as concrete/bricks dwellings.
