A building located in the Agios Ioannis area, designed to create a new residential development with an aesthetic that introduces a sense of modernity and distinction among older apartment buildings. The building is developed over five levels above
ground, with a basement and a loft, seamlessly combining functionality, sustainability, and architectural quality.
It includes one basement level, which accommodates auxiliary uses, while vehicle parking is provided at the pilotis level. The total built area of the building is approximately 600 sq.m., on a 165 sq.m. plot.
The building comprises six apartments and one maisonette—located on the fifth floor with an extension into the loft. The project provides four parking spaces and nine storage rooms, ensuring comfort and practicality for its residents.-
