When poor health and disability got in the way of my career as a scientist it made me reevaluate what was important in life - finding comfort is that thing I need, and learning to paint and seeing the beauty in the world around me is how I achieve that

Spending most days confined to the sofa or my bed due to my health I want to find a hobby I could do when I had good days to work on a new skill.

And so, nearing the start of my 30s after years of avoiding art, I found that watercolours were both fun and easy to use with low mobility and not too messy to use from my sanctuaries

Fast forward 7 years and many confidence boosts from family and friends I am here to share my creations publicly
