Casa d’Irene: a stunning transformation from an old house with abandoned storages and barns into a 3-star deluxe hotel in 2018. Now boasting 15 beautifully designed rooms, an outdoor pool, gym, and a bar next to the pool, it perfectly blends modern luxury with traditional charm. Using natural materials like stone and wood in earthy tones, we harmonized the hotel with the heart of Platanos village, merging the past with the present. We Smile Dental Clinic
In this project we undertook the 3D visualization of the project and the organization of the construction site.
In addition we supervised all the necessary workers including the plumber, the electrician,
the engineers of Sadent and Neodent -who are the specialists for dental chairs and their special needs for installation-,the carpenters, the drywall company, the glass and mirror company, the painter, the company that made the corian countertop, and the company that supplied us with Pd sheets which are placed on certain walls to block the radiation from the ray machine.

Project VillAgioi is about 3 villas with an energy efficiency class of A+. The villas have an easy access,planned parking spaces and an absolute privacy. They have been placed on the plot in such a way as to harmonize with the urban environment and they have a view of the undeveloped natural environment of the area.Each villa has 3 different bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom.They have a living room,a fully equipped kitchen and a veranda with a barbecue along with a dinning area.In the outdoor pool you can enjoy the sun in the comfortable sunbeds.The villas are located in Agioi Apostoloi where you will find two organized beaches, with a picturesque church in a hill that has given its name to the area.The two beaches have shallow waters which make them ideal for children. To the left and right of each beach there are small paths you can explore.The wider area is covered by an extensive grove, ideal for a walk,jogging or any other sport activity. Additionally,there is a beach,a volley court,a racket court,a playground,and a football court,all of which make it an ideal selection for families.

Project Myrion is about a 5 star hotel with an energy efficiency class of A+ .It consists of 120 rooms and it has all the following amenities : spa,convention center,restaurant,bar,tennis and padel court,beach volley court swimming pools,and changing rooms.
In order to harmonize all the above services of the building complexes and the complex itself with the idyllic surroundings and the sea with which it borders, we designed an artificial river which runs through the entire plot and ends up at the hotel's large swimming pool right in front of the beach , giving a sense of continuity of the natural landscape.
