Not every renovation begins with change. Some begin with attention. This house in Agia Marina, Attica already had a language - perforated screens filtering light, terrazzo grounding each room, a house that stepped down the slope instead of standing against it.

Our proposal starts from listening:

what the house already does well,
what it was built to withstand,
what still feels right decades later.

The intervention isn't about erasing the past - it's about giving it room to keep working.
