In an effort to deconstruct the Cubist form, the composition unfolds through dynamic volumes arranged along multiple axes, creating a dialogue between privacy and openness.
Interior and exterior spaces are seamlessly connected, allowing light and landscape to flow through the structure.
At its heart, a central courtyard acts as the core for social interaction and connection with nature, while the geometric proportions of the façades reflect the functional and spatial complexity of the residence.
