A new season begins from our Thessaloniki studio — one of the two homes of our practice, alongside Athens.

Back at the drawing board, with new projects unfolding, new ideas taking shape, and a growing body of work we’re excited to bring to life.

There is something special about returning to the studio: the quiet rituals, the familiar light, and that first moment when an idea begins to become architecture.

A refined apartment where timeless elegance meets subtle Art Deco influence.

The interior is designed as one continuous story, balancing classical architectural elements with a more contemporary approach to luxury. Art Deco references appear through symmetry, geometric detailing, sculptural lighting, lacquered finishes and warm brass accents, while natural wood, soft textiles and carefully layered neutral tones bring warmth and softness to the overall composition.

Throughout the apartment, glossy lacquered surfaces contrast with tactile fabrics, herringbone timber flooring and softly textured walls, creating a rich dialogue between reflection and materiality. Decorative mouldings frame the architecture, while vintage-inspired furniture and lighting introduce character without making the space feel overly nostalgic.

The palette moves between warm ivory, deep brown, to***co, cream and aged brass, giving the home a sophisticated yet intimate atmosphere. Natural light plays an important role in revealing the different textures and finishes throughout the day, adding depth and warmth to every room.

Rather than recreating a specific period, the design takes elements from Art Deco, classic European interiors and contemporary residential architecture, translating them into a quieter, more timeless language.

The result is an apartment that feels elegant, collected and personal — where craftsmanship, proportion, materiality and light define the sense of luxury.
