Το Ελληνικό Ινστιτούτο Αρχιτεκτονικής σε συνέχεια της επιτυχημένης έκθεσης για την 11η Biennale Νέων Ελλήνων Αρχιτεκτόνων στη Θεσσαλονίκη, παρουσιάζει τα διακεκριμένα έργα και όλες τις συμμετοχές του διαγωνισμού στην Αθήνα.

To Studio 99 σε συνεργασία με το MID Studio έχουν την χαρά να συμμετέχουν στην έκθεση με το έργο τους “Ανάπλαση του Πολυλειτουργικού Πάρκου Πεδίον του Άρεως στον Βόλο” που κέρδισε τον Διαγωνισμό το 2001.

The buildings like monoliths rise from the ground up as simple and abstract architectural silhouettes that harmoniously integrate with their surroundings. The materials of the land’s tradition come to permeate with texture and define the character.

MONOLITHS

Hotel unit in Lagoudi Pelion, Magnesia

In the Pelion peninsula, nearing the village of Afissos, one can locate a new hotel unit that is being designed, whose construction came to a halt in mid-2001.

The new hotel unit aims to bridge the modern and traditional architecture that can be observed in the area. This setting, along with Pelion’s traditional architecture, constitutes the basic axis of the design praxeology.

ANTWERP HOUSE

Drawing reference from typical Belgian residences, the proposal aims to preserve traditional characteristics and materials such as brickwork, by integrating them with contemporary housing standards.

A physical model made of clay tries to highlight the white color palette, while creating earthy tones and a warm feel inside the residence.

ANTWERP HOUSE

The project concerns the renovation, refurbishment and extension of a 145 sq.m, two-story residence with a courtyard, situated in the outskirts of Antwerp, Wilrijk area.

The apartment is reconfigured in order to maximize spatial functionality while the rear extension reorients the living spaces of the existing flat towards the garden.
