Erik Ilagan serves as our Project Designer and is also a Registered Interior Designer. He has accumulated extensive experience in landscape architecture, commercial environments, and exhibition design. This background has provided him with a deep understanding and unique insights into enhancing user experience, crafting spatial narratives, implementing effective visual merchandising, and creating brand-driven environments through thoughtful space planning.

Erik possesses a high passion for the integration of design and cutting-edge technology. He actively advocates for and implements digital visualization, emerging design tools, and innovative workflows in the design process, thereby optimizing design efficiency and the quality of outcomes. He has a particular focus on the integrated application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and actively explores and practices the potential of emerging Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies within design workflows, aiming to elevate design precision, collaborative efficiency, and innovation.

十年前的構想，如今已化為現實，並初見豐碩成果。今晚，我們非常榮幸獲邀出席 BDA頂尖品牌大獎 2026，並榮膺「殿堂品牌大獎」。這份殊榮，是對我們設計團隊莫大的鼓舞與肯定。

回首自 2015 年創立 Cohere Design Company Limited 柏納遨天品牌，至 2016 年設立菲律賓分部，2017 年與加拿大 Baker Turner Inc. 景觀公司合併，再到如今拓展多個服務據點，今年我們正式邁入第十年。在此期間，多個大型設計項目已陸續落成，並贏得多項國際獎項，成就斐然。Cohere 的專業能力與卓越成果獲得外界認可，令我們倍感欣喜。目前，Cohere 已發展出三大核心服務：Cohere Design (遨天設計) 負責項目設計與管理；Cohere Construct (遨創建設) 提供設計與施工整合服務；Cohere Solution (遨新策劃) 則聚焦公共諮詢及資源共享平台。同時，我們亦積極推進多項創新構想。

What began as a vision 10 years ago has now materialized, bearing significant fruit. Tonight, we are immensely honored to have received the "Grand Award" at the BDA Brand Awards 2026. This prestigious recognition is a profound encouragement for our entire design team.

Our journey began in 2015 with the founding of Cohere. This was followed by the establishment of our Philippine branch in 2016, our merger with Canada's Baker Turner Landscape Architecture in 2017, and subsequent expansion to multiple service locations. This year marks our tenth anniversary. Throughout this decade, we have successfully completed numerous major design projects, earning multiple international accolades that underscore our achievements. The external recognition of Cohere's expertise and accomplishments brings us immense satisfaction. Today, Cohere operates across three core business areas: Cohere Design (project design and management), Cohere Construct (design-build services), and Cohere Solution (public engagement services and resource sharing), while continuously developing new initiatives.

Our strategic direction for 2026 is clearly defined. To support ongoing business expansion, we will be scaling up our organizational structure and service network. The past decade was dedicated to pioneering and development; the next decade will focus on implementation and realization. Dreams are the fuel for our progress, and we are fully prepared to embrace future challenges.

Ted Baker-Director Emeritus（榮譽總監）帶我們實地考察他的設計傑作—BraeBen Championship 18-hole Golf Course。這個錦標賽高爾夫球場以其經典的蘇格蘭高地風格（Links-style）和全市最高點的壯闊全景聞名。這片由密西沙加市政府擁有和運營的頂級運動場地，實際上是從 Britannia 垃圾掩埋場經過生態修復而來，地勢起伏跌宕，充滿挑戰。

這是一個在設計和環保領域都備受矚目的項目。Ted在規劃時，克服了巨大垃圾掩埋場的限制，憑藉非凡的想像力，將這片土地「拔高」成一個 75 到 100 英尺的蘇格蘭高地球場。這項顛覆性的設計，經過多輪完善，才有今天的成果。並於 2005 年榮獲密西沙加市「創新與城市重大貢獻優異獎」。

Ted Baker, Director Emeritus, guided us through his signature design, the BraeBen Championship 18-hole Golf Course. This championship course is celebrated for its classic Links-style layout and breathtaking panoramic views from the city's highest elevation. Remarkably, this top-tier venue, managed by the City of Mississauga, was once the Britannia Landfill, now ecologically restored to feature undulating terrain and demanding play.

A project of significant note in design and environmentalism, Ted's vision tackled the immense challenge of the landfill. With remarkable foresight, he conceived and "raised" a 75-100 foot Scottish Links course from the former waste site. This transformative design, honed through several phases, now stands as a testament to innovation, recognized in 2005 with the City of Mississauga Award of Merit for Innovation and City-Wide Significance for Baker Turner Inc.
