In consideration of limited outdoor open space in this development, we introduced a diverse outdoor facilities for kids to play with - Jump ‘N’ Roll with 4 different physical training platforms (jumping, balancing, flexing and accelerating) with play equipment properly designed for Middle Childhood (6-8 years old) training their strength, reaction, agility, and speed. Kids who enjoy sports and exercise tend to stay active throughout their lives.

考慮到本項目戶外開放空間有限，我們為孩子們引入了多樣化的戶外設施 - “躍動翻滾”，它包含4種不同的體能訓練平台（跳躍、平衡、屈伸、加速），並配備了專為兒童中期（6-8歲）設計的遊樂設備，旨在訓練他們的力量、反應能力、敏捷性和速度。 喜愛運動和運動的孩子，往往終身保持活力。

Together with the Sunken Adventure Kid’s Playground with more than 12m tall Vertical Muti-level Play Structure providing a broad range of climbing fun and grows vertically offering 7 layers more play space. Moreover, it combines architectural elements, art and intriguing structures into striking landmarks and memorable playground experiences. Their interactive and unique elements set your imagination free and challenge our perceptions of playgrounds. At the same time, it also provides a dream climbing place with develops children’s physical strength and coordination. Moreover, we also provide grass dome, jumping dome, swing, polka, grasshopper and pyramid climber serving different play function creating an outdoor paradise for children at all ages.

結合下沉式探險兒童遊樂場，設有超過12米高的多層垂直遊樂結構，提供各種攀爬樂趣，並垂直延伸，創造7層以上的遊樂空間。此外，它將建築元素、藝術和引人入勝的結構融為一體，創造出引人注目的地標和令人難忘的遊樂場體驗。它們互動且獨特的元素釋放你的想像力，挑戰我們對遊樂場的認知。同時，它也提供了一個夢幻般的攀爬場所，培養了孩子們的身體力量和協調能力。此外，我們還提供草地穹頂、跳躍穹頂、鞦韆、波爾卡、蚱蜢和金字塔攀爬架，服務於不同的遊樂功能，為所有年齡段的孩子們創造一個戶外天堂。

What a fantastic way to end the year! Cohere is delighted to announce that we've been honored with four awards at the esteemed Architecture MasterPrize! These awards celebrate our dedication to crafting innovative and impactful designs that meet the evolving needs of urban environments and the people who live in them.

We're incredibly proud that Cohere Design Company Limited was named Medium Firm of the Year in Multi-Disciplinary Landscape and Urban Design, a true reflection of our team's talent and hard work.

Furthermore, we're thrilled that all three of our submitted projects - Chinachem-In ONE, Great Eagle-ONMANTIN, and Chinachem-Whitesand Cove - were awarded Honorable Mentions in the Landscape Architecture – Residential Landscape and Small Scale Landscape Project categories. This recognition underscores the quality and vision behind each project.

MUSE Design Awards have released their lists of winners for their second competitive season of 2025 today. Congratulation for our residential project - ONMANTIN! We won GOLD Awards on Landsape Design - Residential Landscape. We aim to build a harmonious relationship between man and nature by employing elements of art, together with the landscape outline of the naturalistic setting.

Romantic French Garden - We create a Contemporary Gardenesque Landscape to promote a lifestyle of green and wellness, incorporating leisure, entertainment, fitness, sustainability, and health. This creates a peaceful garden, isolated from the sophisticated city.

浪漫法式花園 — 我們打造當代花園式景觀，旨在倡導綠色與康養生活方式，融入休閒、娛樂、健身、可持續發展與健康元素，營造一個與繁華都市隔絕的寧靜花園。

Upon entering, one feels the picturesque garden setting at the Arrival Plaza. The arrival plaza, coherent with the architectural language and design, presents a unique Gardenesque setting, with careful plant arrangement and an art sculpture as a focal point.

步入其中，即可於迎賓廣場感受如畫般的花園意境。迎賓廣場與建築語彙及設計風格相呼應，呈現獨具特色的花園式氛圍，精心佈置的植物與作為視覺焦點的藝術雕塑相得益彰。

A 50m long infinity resort pool with a sun lounge pool deck on the ground floor creates a major outdoor activity space in the development's center, offering a sense of escape from the urban environment. Adjacent is the Sunken Adventure Kid’s Playground, featuring a vertical multi-level play structure, over 12 meters tall, offering diverse climbing opportunities and seven layers of play space.

會所地面設有50米長的户外無邊際度假泳池，配備日光浴平台，打造主要戶外活動空間，營造遠離都市塵囂的氛圍。毗鄰的下沉式探險兒童遊樂場，設有超過12米高的垂直多層遊樂結構，提供多樣化的攀爬樂趣，並設有七層遊樂空間。

Given the limited outdoor open space in this development, we incorporated jogging paths and various outdoor facilities to encourage residents to be active, enjoy sports, and socialize. We provide three different gardens in the Greenbelt Oasis, each designed for a different purpose: "Chill 'N' Relax" for family gatherings, "Fit 'N' Flex" for fitness, and "Jump 'N' Roll" for kid’s physical training. While enjoying outdoor activities, residents can also experience the four seasonal Gardenesque and Fragrance landscapes.

鑒於本項目室外開放空間有限，我們融入慢跑道及各類戶外設施，鼓勵住戶積極參與活動、享受運動及社交互動。我們在綠化帶綠洲內設置了三個不同主題的花園，分別為家庭聚會的「Chill 'N' Relax」、健身的「Fit 'N' Flex」以及兒童體能訓練的「Jump 'N' Roll」。在享受戶外活動的同時，住戶亦可體驗四季如畫的花園式景觀與芬芳。

Congratulations to Chinachem Group and project team, we are proud to announce a major milestone for our project In ONE. It was received Five-Star Wins "Best Landscape Architecture Hong Kong" at Asia Pacific International Property Award 2025-26 previously and DNA Paris Design Award 2025 Honorable Mention under Landscape Design Large Scale Project Category yesterday.

In total, 3 international awards received for this project up to now. Great teamwork, thank you for making it possible.

恭喜華懋集團及項目團隊！我們很榮幸地宣布，In ONE 【瑜一】項目迎來重大里程碑。先後榮獲2025-26亞太區國際房地產大獎「香港最佳景觀建築」五星級殊榮，昨日又於2025DNA巴黎設計獎中榮獲景觀設計 (大型項目類別) 優異獎。
