溫暖同行 關愛建造社群 ❤️

今年，金門再次與香港建造業慈善關懷中心 攜手舉辦年度家庭同樂日，邀請建造業工友及家人一同暢遊海洋公園，並於香港富麗敦酒店共享豐富自助午餐。

活動吸引來自超過30個家庭、92位參加者同行，並有多名義工參與，共度充滿歡笑和溫馨回憶的一天。

作為金門多年來的年度關愛活動，我們很高興能透過實際行動支持建造業社群，與工友及家人分享歡樂時光。我們深信，建造的不只是城市，更是彼此扶持、充滿關愛的社區。

Caring for Our Construction Community ❤️

This year, Gammon once again partnered with the Hong Kong Construction Charity & Caring Centre to host our annual Family Fun Day, inviting construction workers and their families to enjoy a memorable day at Ocean Park, followed by a buffet lunch at The Fullerton Hotel Hong Kong.

The event brought together 92 participants from more than 30 families, alongside a dedicated team of volunteers, for a day filled with laughter, connection and lasting memories.

As one of Gammon's long-standing community initiatives, we are proud to support the construction community through meaningful action and shared experiences with workers and their families. Because we believe we are building more than cities, we are building a caring and supportive community.

用心建造 ‧ 用愛連繫: 金門於建造業義工頒獎禮獲多項肯定！🌟

工程項目的意義，除了塑造城市風貌，更在於為社區創造長遠價值。金門憑藉一直對社會的熱誠奉獻，在建造業議會 (CIC)舉辦的「建造業義工嘉許禮2026」中榮獲多項獎項！👏🏻

我們特別感謝項目經理勞美寶及助理項目經理黃貞龍的熱誠與對社區的默默耕耘，他們一同獲頒評審嘉許 - 卓越建造業義工優異獎！團隊在本次頒獎禮中亦榮獲兩個優秀社福機構協作優異獎，感謝社福機構夥伴與我們攜手並肩，將關愛傳遞至社區每個角落。此外，金門亦獲頒CISVP全年最積極參與大獎 (組別一) 銀獎、最積極參與機構，感謝每一位熱心參與義工服務的同事。

A special shoutout to Mable Lo, Project Manager and Dragon Wong, Assistant Project Manager, who were both honoure with Merit Awards for Excellence in Construction Industry Volunteering Individuals. is also proud to have earned two Merit Awards for Excellence in Construction Industry Volunteering Collaboration, and we extend our heartfelt gratitude to our NGO partners for walking alongside us to make a real impact. On top of that, Gammon took Silver Award for the Annual CISVP Participant Award for Activeness (Group 1) and was named Most Activeness Organisation. A huge thanks to our colleagues who stepped up to make a difference!

Moving forward, Gammon will continue to champion community outreach and volunteer initiatives, living out our commitment to corporate social responsibility every step of the way.

🌏📚 學習，不止於工地和辦公室

今年暑假，金門建築九位同事參與由清華大學土木水利學院舉辦的「國際暑期學校」，與來自內地及世界各地的學者、學生及業界專業人士交流互動。

透過講座、工作坊、實地考察及交流活動，同事們深入了解土木工程及建造業的最新發展趨勢，並與不同背景的參加者分享經驗、激盪創新想法，從多元視角探索未來建築環境的發展方向。

金門明白最好的學習往往來自跨地域、跨文化和跨專業的交流。這些寶貴經驗不僅有助拓闊同事視野、建立專業網絡，更能為日常工作帶來新啟發和新思維。

作為清華大學土木水利學院近三十年的合作夥伴，金門建築很榮幸能持續支持這類促進知識交流和人才培育的項目，與業界攜手培育未來工程領袖。

30 years of partnership. Countless opportunities to learn, connect and grow 🌏🎓

Once again in this summer, nine Gammon colleagues joined Tsinghua University's International Summer School, spending two weeks exchanging ideas with academics, students and industry professionals from Mainland China and around the world.

From lectures and workshops to site visits and lively discussions, the programme offered a unique opportunity to explore new perspectives, challenge conventional thinking and gain fresh insights into the future of the built environment.

At Gammon, we believe that learning doesn't stop at the workplace. By bringing together people from diverse backgrounds and experiences, programmes like these help our teams broaden their horizons, strengthen their professional networks and return with new ideas that can inspire innovation across our projects.

🌍 從瑞典汲取可持續城市發展的啟發

近日，來自金門建築各業務部門的30位青年專業團隊成員前往瑞典斯德哥爾摩參與交流考察團，深入了解可持續城市發展、創新建築技術及未來基建規劃的最新趨勢。

考察團有幸參觀多個具代表性的項目及機構，包括 Skanska 的 Olivin 商業發展項目、Epiroc 的 Sickla 測試礦場、由Nya Tunnelbanan 帶領的斯德哥爾摩地鐵擴展項目，以及由 Stockholms Stad 介紹的多個重要城市發展計劃，包括 Slussen、Stockholm Royal Seaport 及 Hagastaden。

透過實地考察及與業界專家的交流，參加者深入了解瑞典如何將可持續發展、創新思維及社區需求融入建築、基建及交通項目的規劃與交付當中。是次考察亦為來自不同專業範疇的同事提供了寶貴機會，促進交流協作，拓展視野。

🌍 Learning, connecting and gaining inspiration in Sweden!

Recently, 30 young professionals from across Gammon travelled to Sweden for a study tour, exploring sustainable urban development, innovative construction practices and the future of infrastructure.

From visits to Skanska's Olivin development, Epiroc's Sickla test mine and the Stockholm Metro Expansion Project, to learning about landmark city developments including Slussen, Stockholm Royal Seaport and Hagastaden, the group gained valuable insights into how sustainability, innovation and community needs come together to shape thriving cities.

The tour was also a fantastic opportunity to connect with colleagues from across the business, exchange ideas and build lasting relationships.

A huge thank you to Skanska Group, Epiroc , Nya tunnelbanan, Region Stockholm, Stockholms stad, and everyone who welcomed us so warmly. 延續早前的赤柱熱身賽，金門龍舟隊繼續乘勝追擊！在過去的端午節，我們完成了五場激烈的賽事，盡顯拼搏鬥志！🔥

從象徵建築業傳承與堅韌精神的「建造業魯班盃」，到競爭激烈的「西貢龍舟競渡」，面對密集的賽程，隊員們憑著無比的毅力與無懈可擊的團隊默契在烈日下揮灑汗水，並取得穩健的成績：

Riding the Waves as One! 🛶🏆

Building on the momentum from the Stanley Warm Up 250, the Gammon Dragon Boat Team continued to charge ahead! Over the recent Dragon Boat Festival, we completed five races, showcasing ’s indomitable spirit! 🔥

From the "Construction Industry Lo Pan Cup" which symbolises the heritage and resilience of our industry to the highly competitive "Sai Kung Dragon Boat Race", the team braved a demanding schedule. Demonstrating the team’s grit and unity under the scorching sun, they delivered solid results:

- Mixed Medium Dragon Invitation Race (Corporate) — 5th Place

🏆 Sai Kung Dragon Boat Festival

- Men's Youth Open (D2) — 5th Place
- Men's Youth Open (D Cup) — 5th Place

- Consolation Race (MTR Cup) — 4th Place

Our top management also attended the event to show support and cheer for the paddlers, underscoring the "One Team" spirit at the core value of Gammon's culture. Be it navigating complex engineering projects or competing on the water, we always row in the same direction and strive for excellence.

為工地福利與身心健康樹立新標準

在金門，我們推出了「福利與身心健康標準及指引」，為項目團隊提供一套實用指南，協助設計及建設整潔、共融且以人為本的工地辦公環境。由於這些空間由業主、顧問及分判商共同使用，我們視之為提升整個行業標準的重要契機。

這套更新後的指引不僅著眼於符合法規要求，更清晰界定了「何謂理想標準」，並提供切實可行、達到或超越國際水平的示範案例。因為我們相信，福利並非成本，而是一項策略性投資。當人們感受到被尊重與關懷，便能建立信任、提升歸屬感與留任率，並發揮最佳表現。

作為我們可持續發展策略 「同心同行.共展抱負」 下「人文. 健康」的重要一環，我們正推動這套標準在香港及新加坡更廣泛應用，提升業界對工地人員支援的整體期望。

在這段影片中，我們展示了位於啟德項目的「合一盒」——一個以身心健康為設計核心的模組化及可重用工地辦公室，設有精心規劃的休息空間，以及促進放鬆與交流的設施。該模組化工地辦公室已完成其於啟德之任務，並已遷移至 #香港房屋協會 的另一個房屋項目——明華大廈第二期重建項目，繼續發揮其功能。

Setting a new benchmark for welfare and wellbeing on construction sites

At Gammon, we have introduced our Welfare & Wellbeing Standards and Guidance—a practical guide to help project teams design and deliver site offices that are clean, inclusive and people-centric. As these spaces are shared by clients, consultants and subcontractors, we see them as an opportunity to raise the standard across the entire industry.

This updated guidance moves beyond compliance to clearly define what good looks like—with practical examples that meet or exceed international norms. Because welfare is not a cost, but a strategic investment. When people feel respected and cared for, it builds trust, improves retention, and enables everyone to perform at their best.

As part of our “People & Wellness” pillar under United Ambitions, we are using these standards to encourage wider adoption across Hong Kong and Singapore—raising expectations of how people should be supported on every site.

In this video, we showcase our “Chillax Hub” at Kai Tak—a modular, reusable site office designed with wellbeing in mind, featuring thoughtfully designed rest spaces and elements that promote relaxation and community. After serving the team at Kai Tak, the Chillax Hub has already been relocated to Phase II Redevelopment of Ming Wah Dai Ha, another housing development project by the .

金門近日參與支持位於馬料水的 土木工程拓展署 Civil Engineering and Development Department 土木工程處社區聯絡中心（CEO CLC）「 地海森居 Connection 」落成 — 這是一個從設計之初便將可持續發展置於核心的先導項目。

作為專門承造商，金門與志同道合的合作夥伴攜手，將循環建築理念付諸實踐，展示基建項目不僅為當下而建，更可為未來實現重用、回收與再生。

CEO CLC 在可拆卸性與適應性設計方面樹立新標準，同時引入多項創新的低碳及生物基建材，包括工程結構竹材、生物炭強化預製混凝土板、間牆磚及路磚，碳礦化之混凝土地基，以及於結構連接節點、面向內外之牆身及家具中廣泛應用再生及升級再造物料。

由主結構到外牆系統至室內設計，每個細節都體現出對降低全生命週期碳排放、提升資源效率及延長物料生命周期的承諾。更重要的是，項目充分體現我們的「同心同行‧共展抱負」可持續發展策略，推動以資源與循環經濟為核心的建造模式，並透過夥伴協作重塑建造方式。

項目成功有賴我們土木、混凝土與鋼材、機電、採購，以及可持續發展團隊緊密合作，展現金門多元專業實力及持續創新的決心。

這只是個開始。我們很高興看到土拓署引領業界前行，亦感謝能與理念一致的夥伴攜手，推動更可持續的建築未來。

Gammon has recently supported the delivery of the CEDD Civil Engineering Office Community Liaison Centre (CEO CLC) at Ma Liu Shui — a pioneering project that puts sustainability at the heart of design from day one.

As a specialist contractor, Gammon worked alongside like-minded partners to bring to life a bold vision of circular construction in action — demonstrating how infrastructure can be designed not just for today, but for future reuse, recovery and regeneration.

The CEO CLC sets a new benchmark in designing for disassembly and adaptability, while piloting the integration of innovative low-carbon and bio-based solutions — including engineered bamboo structure, biochar-enhanced precast concrete panel, partition blocks and pavers, carbon mineralised concrete footing, and extensive use of recycled and upcycled materials in connection joint, external / internal wall, as well as furniture.

From core structure, façade systems to interior finishes, every element reflects a commitment to reducing whole life carbon, maximising resource efficiency, and extending material life cycles. More importantly, it exemplifies the ambition behind our "United Ambitions" sustainability strategy — advancing construction with a strong focus on resources and circularity, while working in partnership to reshape how we build.

This project brought together colleagues from our Civils, Concrete, Steel, E&M, Procurement, and Sustainability teams, showcasing the breadth of Gammon’s expertise and our collective drive to innovate.

This is only the beginning. We are encouraged to see CEDD leading the way, and grateful to collaborate with partners who share the same vision for a more sustainable built environment.

Decades on, this milestone follows HKEX’s acquisition of the top nine floors of One Exchange Square, along with a reimagined lobby, a dedicated lift to Connect Hall, and new retail space, all expertly delivered by our long-term partner, Gammon Construction Limited.

This isn’t just a renovation. It is a celebration of our shared vision to strengthen Central as a leading global financial hub, and brings to life Hongkong Land’s commitment that Experience is central, keeping Central the premier destination for finance, commerce, and lifestyle.

我們很高興參與 香港都會大學 Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU）位於何文田新校園項目的建設。隨著早前舉行的動土典禮，項目正式邁向重要里程。

金門獲聘任為該項目的地基工程、挖掘及側向承托工程（ELS），以及行人天橋改建及加建工程（A&A）的主承建商，能夠參與打造「社區健康樞紐」項目，我們深感榮幸。

項目位處市區密集環境及斜坡地段，施工空間受限，亦鄰近現有校園及多個住宅區，對工程設計與施工管理帶來挑戰。團隊將運用創新施工方法、數碼技術及周全規劃，積極克服各項工程難題，同時致力減低對周邊社區的影響。

我們衷心感謝校方的信任，並期待與香港都會大學及各合作夥伴緊密協作，攜手推動高等教育及社區健康發展。

We are pleased to support Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU) in delivering its new campus in Ho Man Tin, following the groundbreaking ceremony marking this important milestone.

Appointed as the main contractor for the Foundation, Excavation & Lateral Support (ELS), and Alteration & Addition (A&A) Works for pedestrian footbridges, Gammon is proud to play a role in bringing this vision of “A Hub for Community Health and Wellness” to life.

Situated on sloping terrain in a densely built urban area, the project presents complex engineering challenges — from constrained working space to its close proximity to an active campus and neighbouring residential communities. Our team will leverage innovative construction methods, digital technologies and careful planning to overcome these challenges, while striving to minimise disruption to the surrounding environment.

We thank HKMU for their trust and look forward to working closely with the University and project partners to deliver a high-quality development that supports the growth of tertiary education and community health in Hong Kong.

|| 世界環境日：結合 GIS的創新守護環境方案 || 🌍🌿

今天是世界環境日，我們藉此機會向所有為環境保護出一分力的工程及建造業專業人員致以誠摯感謝。其中一個例子是我們的數碼轉型主管 Braundt Lau，她是我們的可持續風險平台主要推動者之一。這個風險圖譜創新方案結合了地理資訊系統（GIS），並以評估地盤環境風險及影響。

透過整合公開的地理空間數據，這個直觀易用的平台能協助工程團隊及早識別具保育價值的棲息地，預測潛在的生態風險及噪音影響，從而作出適切的決策，在維持營運需要同時盡量減低對環境的影響。

On World Environment Day, we want to take a moment to recognise the engineering and construction professionals who play an active role in preserving and protecting our environment. One example is our Digital Transformation Lead, Braundt Lau, who is a key driver behind our Sustainability Risk Portal — an innovative risk mapping solution that leverages geographic information systems (GIS) to assess environmental risks and impacts.

By integrating open-source geospatial data, this intuitive visual tool helps project teams identify habitats of conservation interest and potential ecological risks and predict noise impacts — enabling well informed decision making to minimise environmental impact while maintaining operational continuity.
