This week, we celebrated the commencement of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX)’s redesign of its new permanent home at One Exchange Square.

Our partnership began in 1986 with the opening of the original trading hall. Decades on, this milestone follows HKEX’s acquisition of the top nine floors of One Exchange Square, along with a reimagined lobby, a dedicated lift to Connect Hall, and new retail space, all expertly delivered by our long-term partner, Gammon Construction Limited.

This isn’t just a renovation. It is a celebration of our shared vision to strengthen Central as a leading global financial hub, and brings to life Hongkong Land’s commitment that Experience is central, keeping Central the premier destination for finance, commerce, and lifestyle.

我們很高興參與 香港都會大學 Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU）位於何文田新校園項目的建設。隨著早前舉行的動土典禮，項目正式邁向重要里程。

金門獲聘任為該項目的地基工程、挖掘及側向承托工程（ELS），以及行人天橋改建及加建工程（A&A）的主承建商，能夠參與打造「社區健康樞紐」項目，我們深感榮幸。

項目位處市區密集環境及斜坡地段，施工空間受限，亦鄰近現有校園及多個住宅區，對工程設計與施工管理帶來挑戰。團隊將運用創新施工方法、數碼技術及周全規劃，積極克服各項工程難題，同時致力減低對周邊社區的影響。

我們衷心感謝校方的信任，並期待與香港都會大學及各合作夥伴緊密協作，攜手推動高等教育及社區健康發展。

We are pleased to support Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU) in delivering its new campus in Ho Man Tin, following the groundbreaking ceremony marking this important milestone.

Appointed as the main contractor for the Foundation, Excavation & Lateral Support (ELS), and Alteration & Addition (A&A) Works for pedestrian footbridges, Gammon is proud to play a role in bringing this vision of “A Hub for Community Health and Wellness” to life.

Situated on sloping terrain in a densely built urban area, the project presents complex engineering challenges — from constrained working space to its close proximity to an active campus and neighbouring residential communities. Our team will leverage innovative construction methods, digital technologies and careful planning to overcome these challenges, while striving to minimise disruption to the surrounding environment.

We thank HKMU for their trust and look forward to working closely with the University and project partners to deliver a high-quality development that supports the growth of tertiary education and community health in Hong Kong.

|| 世界環境日：結合 GIS的創新守護環境方案 || 🌍🌿

今天是世界環境日，我們藉此機會向所有為環境保護出一分力的工程及建造業專業人員致以誠摯感謝。其中一個例子是我們的數碼轉型主管 Braundt Lau，她是我們的可持續風險平台主要推動者之一。這個風險圖譜創新方案結合了地理資訊系統（GIS），並以評估地盤環境風險及影響。

透過整合公開的地理空間數據，這個直觀易用的平台能協助工程團隊及早識別具保育價值的棲息地，預測潛在的生態風險及噪音影響，從而作出適切的決策，在維持營運需要同時盡量減低對環境的影響。

On World Environment Day, we want to take a moment to recognise the engineering and construction professionals who play an active role in preserving and protecting our environment. One example is our Digital Transformation Lead, Braundt Lau, who is a key driver behind our Sustainability Risk Portal — an innovative risk mapping solution that leverages geographic information systems (GIS) to assess environmental risks and impacts.

By integrating open-source geospatial data, this intuitive visual tool helps project teams identify habitats of conservation interest and potential ecological risks and predict noise impacts — enabling well informed decision making to minimise environmental impact while maintaining operational continuity.

Celebrating Excellence in Design for Safety!

Gammon has recently been recognised at the Design for Safety Excellence Award 2026, organised by the HKIE Safety Specialist Committee. These accolades underscore our commitment to embedding safety into every project, from massive public infrastructure to intricate urban building retrofits.

Congratulations to the teams in Central Kowloon Route – Kai Tak West project and the Main Contract for Proposed A&A Works for the Gee Luen Hing Industrial Building, which won Silver awards in the Mega Project category and RMAA category respectively.

These achievements are a testament to the ingenuity and safety-first mindset of our project teams and partners. Congratulations to everyone involved in delivering these high-quality, safe projects!

Following our recent season opening ceremony in Sai Kung, the Gammon Dragon Boat Team officially kicked off the 2026 racing season with an absolute spectacular performance at the “Stanley Dragon Boat Warm-up 250”!

Facing a massive and highly competitive field, our squad demonstrated incredible resilience, grit, and the ultimate Gammon spirit. Our paddlers battled through 5 intense races under the sun, pushing their limits in every single heat to bring home two incredible trophies:

金門以健康與安全爲首！

金門建築與香港大學公共衛生學院 HKU Public Health 再次攜手合作，最近於東涌地盤順利開展了第二場【築建無煙 Quit NOW!】健康促進與戒煙計劃講座及現場健康檢查及諮詢服務。

當天共有 55 位同事及工友踴躍參與，由我們的地盤護士與 10 位港大團隊成員攜手，為大家進行包括血壓、血氧及一氧化碳暴露量等全面的健康篩查。活動取得了非常顯著且即時的成效，多位同事當場採取實際行動，報名參加後續的量身訂製戒煙與干預計劃，正式開啟他們的無煙健康生活之旅。

衷心感謝香港大學團隊以及我們內部各個團隊的大力支持，讓是次健康推廣活動圓滿成功。我們期待未來能將這項充滿意義的健康項目推廣至更多金門地盤，惠及更多同事！

Health and safety always come first at Gammon!

Gammon has once again joined hands with the HKU School of Public Health for the “QUIT NOT” smoking cessation, and we have recently hosted a second health promotion event at our Tung Chung site.

55 colleagues and site workers participated in the session, which included comprehensive health screenings, from checks on blood pressure and blood oxygen, to carbon monoxide exposure tests, conducted by our site nurses and 10 HKU team members. The event delivered real, immediate impact, with multiple participants taking active steps toward a healthier lifestyle by enrolling in follow-up tailored cessation and intervention programs to kickstart their smoke-free journeys.

Thank you to the HKU team and our internal teams for making this health initiative a major success. We are excited to continue bringing these vital health programs to more Gammon sites soon!

為了持續實踐 ，金門近日舉辦了 Health Stand Down 2026，這項全公司參與的活動，旨在推動同事及工友們對身心健康的關注與重視。

隨著2026年預計成為有記錄以來最炎熱的年份之一，今年的活動特別聚焦於容易被忽視的暑熱所帶來的壓力和風險，包括瀝青及鋼筋等工地物料所產生的局部高溫等特定危害。同時，我們亦分享了實用建議，例如保持充足補水、合理安排工作與休息時間，以及及早識別熱衰竭徵狀，協助團隊在工地安全工作。

透過在香港及新加坡舉行的70場活動，超過11,000名同事及工友一同參與，重新聚焦最重要的事情 —— 健康、安全，以及彼此照應。透過「評估、行動、管理、支援」（Assess, Act, Manage and Support）框架，以及24小時心理健康支援服務，我們持續賦能 主動管理個人健康，並貫徹我們在 《同心同行‧共展抱負》可持續發展策略下，建立安全、健康及具韌性團隊的承諾。

In our continuous pursuit of , Gammon recently held Health Stand Down 2026 — a company-wide initiative focused on the physical and mental well-being of our people.

With 2026 set to be one of the warmest years on record, this year’s sessions spotlighted the often overlooked risks of heat stress, including site-specific hazards such as high temperatures on asphalt and rebar. Practical tips on hydration, work-rest cycles and recognising early symptoms were also shared to help teams stay safe on site.

Across 70 sessions in Hong Kong and Singapore, over 11,000 colleagues and workers paused together to re-focus on what matters most — health, safety and looking out for one another.

Through our Assess, Act, Manage and Support framework and 24-hour mental wellness support, we continue to empower to take ownership of their well-being — in line with our commitment to a safe, healthy and resilient workforce.

A big thank you to everyone who made this possible. Let’s continue to care for ourselves and each other, every day.

體現我們致力打造更綠色未來的承諾，金門以承建商身份榮獲環境優異獎（Environmental Merit Award）🌿。同時，洪水橋／厦村新發展區第二期發展－合約三項目更於「ESG可持續發展嘉許計劃2025」中獲頒傑出表現獎（Out-Performer for Benchmark Service）✨。

Recently, reached another significant milestone in our sustainability journey🌱. We are proud to be recognised for our environmental stewardship and ESG excellence at the HKCA 20th Construction Environmental Awards Presentation Ceremony🏆.

Reflecting our commitment to building a greener future, Gammon as a contractor was honoured with the Environmental Merit Award🌿. In addition, the Hung Shui Kiu Contract 3 project was recognised as the Out-Performer for Benchmark Service under the ESG Recognition Scheme 2025✨.

Furthermore, 14 of our projects were awarded the Carbon Smart Construction Site Label, recognising their outstanding achievements in driving carbon reduction initiatives across our operations💡.
