3000 sq. ft house renovation is always considered as a big project, but actually how to fully utilise the spaces of a typical small size HK flat is a much bigger headache for our renovation team.
Let's see what have we done to a 300 sq. ft area a hotel-like apartment.

Project duration: 2 months
Project details:
1) Breakdown all original settings
2) Combine two bedrooms into one
3) Relocate the toilet and enlarge the kitchen
4) Re-build 3 walls
5) Re-do all the pipes
6) All tiling works

Special elements applied
1) Two feature walls in the sitting room
2) Tailor-made furniture (whole house excepts the Sofa and Dining table)
3) Make storage under the bed and tailor made small cabinets around the sitting area
4) 2m ground to ceiling wardrobe in the bed room

We send cartons to your house once the quote is accepted. Client can choose "Self Packing" or "Full Packing" services. All assambling works will be done for both package.
Example: A 2100 sq. ft house will use consume 2 to 3 days if choosing "Full Packing services". Cartons are usually provided a week before moving.
