Making friends as an adult in Hong Kong is hard. Most social events feel like speed dating without any of the curiosity, mystery, fun or romance.

So, we built Crafts & Yaps around a simple idea: you don’t need small talk to connect. You just need to be making the same thing at the same table 💖🎨🫶🏻

🔩Every tool in our workshop has two jobs 🛠️

One is functional. The other is a little harder to name, but you feel it when you’re in the room.

We believe woodwork is for everyone. Not just people who grew up fixing things, or people who already know what a planer does. For anyone who wants to build something with their hands and feel good doing it.

That’s what we try to hold space for, one tool at a time.
