Had the pleasure of renovating a severely water damaged property recently. A pipe leak on the top floor was unnoticed for some time making its way through all floors, buckling the timber floors beyond repair and making a great mess of the plaster and paint work also.
New SPC flooring was installed and all walls and ceilings damaged were repaired plus repainting of the whole inside of the house.
Looks like new again.

Happy 2 year Anniversary Sai Kung Animal Hospital! 🎉 It’s been 2 years since Dr Gen took ownership of SKAH 🏥 and for her anniversary present, her husband Ben gave her a VERY special present. Not champagne 🥂, not chocolates 🍫 and not a bunch of flowers 💐. Can you guess what would make a vet👩🏼‍⚕️ (and her patients) happy?

He made some cat friendly areas! 😺 These will provide a quiet, safe space for cats to wait and to be seen without having to be scared by dogs 🐶 . And the dogs will get less excited by seeing cats 🐕…..

兩週年快樂啊! Dr Gen接手咗西貢動物醫院2年啦! 佢老公Ben 送咗一份好特別嘅慶祝禮物俾Dr Gen, 唔係香檳, 唔係朱古力, 亦都唔係花。你估唔估到佢點樣氹Dr Gen同埋大家開心呢?

佢整咗一個貓貓友善嘅環境! 貓貓可以喺呢個安靜, 覺得安全嘅地方睇醫生, 唔會俾狗狗嚇親, 狗狗都唔會因為見到貓貓而變得太興奮。
