❮ 設計概念 - #禮頓山❯
屋苑：跑馬地禮頓山
實用面積：1460 平方尺

設計以「酒店式時尚型格」為核心，透過材質的對比、色彩的協奏與空間的重整，將酒店式的精緻感融入日常，打造出不僅寬敞明亮，更充滿個人風格與現代感的居住場景。

客廳以灰色木皮特色牆搭配灰鏡，不僅營造出沉穩基調，更透過鏡面反射巧妙放大空間感。餐廳則以一幅精選特色牆紙為焦點，結合灰色天然大理石與冷冽鋼材，勾畫出低調而時尚的用餐氛圍。為了讓光線與視覺無限流動，我們拆除了原有隔牆，改以玻璃間隔打造半開放書房，使日光得以漫入客廳，書房內選用溫潤胡桃木與個性牆紙，突顯專屬的品味角落。

主人房演繹型格主題，床頭板以木色與藍色皮革共構，點綴金屬細節，展現低調輕奢感。部份牆面與衣櫃採用同色系面材，延伸視覺；衣櫃門板透過斜紋木皮與灰玻璃門片交錯，增添通透與設計層次。

主衛延續整體風格，選用黑色大理石奠定高貴基調，搭配金屬配件與焗油玻璃，在光影下流瀉出冷冽而時尚的氣息。同時規劃浴缸與獨立企缸，實現如同高端酒店般的沐浴體驗，讓日常洗漱成為一種享受。

兒童房以淺灰色調搭配黑色線條，創造簡約而個性的小天地。

Centered on the core concept of “hotel-style fashion chic,” this design integrates the refined essence of hotel aesthetics into everyday life through material contrasts, color harmonies, and spatial reconfiguration, creating a living scene that is not only spacious and bright but also infused with personal style and modern sensibility.

The living room features a gray wood veneer accent wall paired with gray mirrors, not only establishing a stable tone but also cleverly amplifying the sense of space through mirror reflections. The dining room centers on a carefully selected feature wallpaper, combined with gray natural marble and cool steel, outlining a understated yet fashionable dining atmosphere. To allow light and visuals to flow infinitely, we removed the original partition walls and replaced them with glass dividers to create a semi-open study, enabling daylight to permeate into the living room. The study incorporates warm walnut wood and personalized wallpaper, highlighting a dedicated corner of taste.

The master bedroom interprets the chic theme, with the headboard constructed from wood tones and blue leather, accented by metal details, showcasing a low-key light luxury feel. Parts of the walls and wardrobe use matching color materials to extend the visual flow; the wardrobe doors alternate between diagonal wood veneer and gray glass panels, adding transparency and design layers.

The master bathroom continues the overall style, using black marble to establish a noble base tone, paired with metal accessories and frosted glass, cascading a cool and fashionable aura under light and shadow. It also incorporates a bathtub and independent shower, realizing a bathing experience akin to a high-end hotel, turning daily grooming into an enjoyment.

The children’s room uses light gray tones paired with black lines, creating a minimalist yet personalized little world.

屋苑：西半山寶威閣
實用面積：1350 平方尺

現代歐陸風格設計概念
設計重新規劃工人房與廚房，廚房採用玻璃間隔，一入門即呈現明亮開揚氛圍，讓空間更通透，並引入充沛自然光線。

客飯廳以米色調為主，鋪設魚骨紋木地板，牆身與天花以花線點綴，融入多款特色雲石；儲物櫃運用圓角設計，視覺更流暢自然。

玄關儲物櫃配搭爵士白雲石與水紋玻璃， 並連接客廳梳化背飾物櫃，集儲物與展示功能於一體，輔以特色雲石及少量古銅金屬，營造連貫優雅的輕奢華感。

主人房床頭飾面結合花線與木色背板，注入木材溫暖質感；衣櫃飾面選用淺灰仿布紋牆紙，提升整體層次與質感。

Area: 1,350 sq ft

Modern European Style Design Concept
The design re-plans the maid’s room and kitchen, with the kitchen featuring glass partitions that create a bright and open atmosphere right upon entry, making the space more transparent and introducing abundant natural light.

The living-dining room is primarily in beige tones, laid with herringbone wood flooring; the walls and ceiling are adorned with decorative mouldings and incorporate various distinctive marbles. The storage cabinets employ rounded corner designs for a smoother and more natural visual flow.
The entrance storage cabinet pairs Jazz White marble with rippled glass, seamlessly connecting to the decorative cabinet behind the living room sofa. It integrates storage and display functions into one, complemented by distinctive marbles and a touch of antique bronze metal, creating a cohesive and elegant light luxury feel.

The master bedroom headboard finish combines decorative mouldings with wooden-toned back panels, infusing a warm wooden texture; the wardrobe finish uses light gray faux fabric wallpaper to enhance the overall layering and quality.

❮ 設計概念 - #雍景臺❯

屋苑：羅便臣道雍景臺
實用面積：1050 平方尺

全屋以原木色為主調，與柔和灰調及白色元素，融入雲石紋理，營造寧靜溫潤的現代自然風。

◼︎ 客飯廳是鑽石型單位，戶主希望保留空間感，亦要有足夠位置收納，電視牆身以藝術漆襯托自然木色，帶出自然舒適氛圍。
梳化背儲物櫃結合走廊暗門，平衡收納及展示功能，統一運用牆身木色飾面，令空間更加連貫流暢。

◼︎ 廚房以深木色配淺灰，枱面及牆身用背選用大花白雲石，配黑色家電，帶出低調奢華感。

◼︎ 主人房同以淺木色木皮飾面包圍，隱藏主房浴室門，床頭背板選用灰色焗油飾面配搭石紋牆紙，利用不同物料、質感配搭，簡約中帶出層次。
將其中一間房間改為衣帽間，衣帽間用雙趟門設計，為女主人打造輕奢華麗小天地，櫃門選用玻璃門，更能展示女戶主心愛衣物。

The entire home focuses on using natural wood tones, harmonized with soft greys and white accents, accented by marble textures to create a serene, warm, and modern natural ambiance.

◼︎ Living & Dining Room
This diamond-shaped unit prioritizes openness while ensuring ample storage. The TV feature wall is finished with artistic paint to complement the natural wood tones, evoking a relaxed and organic atmosphere.
The storage cabinet behind the sofa integrates a concealed corridor door, seamlessly balancing storage and display functions. Unified wood-finish wall paneling enhances spatial continuity and flow.

◼︎ Kitchen
Deep wood tones pair with light grey cabinetry; the countertop and backsplash feature large-format white marble with dramatic veining, complemented by black appliances for understated luxury.

◼︎ Master Bedroom
Enveloped in light wood veneer, with a concealed en-suite door. The headboard features grey lacquered panels paired with stone-textured wallpaper, blending diverse materials and textures for layered simplicity.
One room has been converted into a walk-in wardrobe with double sliding glass doors, crafting a light-luxury sanctuary for the lady of the house—glass cabinet doors elegantly showcase her cherished wardrobe.

CVC 位於中環的全球領先的私募市場管理公司，專注於私募股權、二級市場、信貸和基礎設施的辦公室項目，秉承突破傳統、擁抱創新的設計理念，旨在打造一個現代化且實用的工作環境。設計團隊通過簡約線條與自然材質的巧妙結合，摒棄傳統投資公司沉重刻板的印象，創造出兼具專業與舒適的氛圍。

接待區採用深色牆面與古銅不鏽鋼前台的對比設計，搭配淺色波浪紋瓷磚與柔和燈光，提升企業形象並帶來舒適初印象。整體設計通過淺色與木質元素的和諧、簡潔線條與先進照明，摒棄傳統沉重氣息。

會議室則配備木條吸音天花板、長形會議桌以及大型螢幕，確保高效決策。霧化玻璃隔間提供靈活私密空間，提升企業形象並帶來舒適初印象。

茶水間以開放性和靈活性為核心，融入暖色木質元素、柔和的線性燈光以及高質感大理石與玻璃細節，強調人性化體驗。休憩區設有休閒設施，如圓形餐桌、現代座椅和桌上足球遊戲區，輔以白色弧形沙發，營造輕鬆創新環境。

CVC, a leading global private markets manager focused on private equity, secondaries, credit and infrastructure located in Central , embodies a design philosophy that breaks from tradition and embraces innovation, aiming to create a modern and practical work environment. The design team skillfully blends minimalist lines with natural materials, moving away from the heavy, rigid impressions of traditional investment firms to craft a space that balances professionalism and comfort.

The reception area features a striking contrast of dark walls and a bronze stainless steel reception desk, complemented by light wave-patterned tiles and soft lighting, enhancing the corporate image while offering a welcoming first impression. The overall design harnesses the harmony of light colors and wooden elements, clean lines, and advanced lighting to shed the traditional heavy ambiance.

The meeting room is equipped with wooden slat acoustic ceilings, a long conference table, and a large screen, ensuring efficient decision-making. Frosted glass partitions provide flexible private spaces, further elevating the professional image and comfort.

我們很榮幸與一眾傑出設計師攜手完成這項極具挑戰性的裝修項目！作為一家擁有多年裝修管理經驗的室內設計裝修公司，我們此次負責整個項目的工程管理，與設計師、客戶及我們的專業工程團隊緊密合作，確保每個細節都完美呈現。

▪ 複雜性與工藝挑戰
這個項目屬於一個特別的聯乘系列，工程難度極高，要配合設計師及客方的要求，對物料的品質監控，尤其是雲石工藝及安裝部分，技術要求極為嚴格。我們的工程團隊克服了重重挑戰，確保每一塊雲石的精準切割與無縫安裝，展現出無可挑剔的質感與美感。

▪ 經典與現代的融合
一切從一張20世紀初曼克頓黑白照片開始 ——— 設計注重實用性與美學的結合，精緻線條極具西式風格並融入了古舊木材細節，大面積窗戶引入自然光，結合開放式布局，突出空間的通透與寬敞感，保持空間的整潔與視覺和諧。

從牆身飾面到傢俬的設計與製作，我們注重每一個細節的完美度。通過與設計師的密切溝通，我們的工程團隊成功將設計藍圖轉化為現實，打造出高質量的裝修效果，充分體現了專業工程管理的價值。

We are honored to collaborate with a group of outstanding designers to complete this highly challenging renovation project! As a company with years of experience in renovation management, we took charge of the entire project’s engineering management, working closely with designers, clients, and our professional engineering team to ensure every detail is flawlessly executed.

▪ Complexity and Craftsmanship Challenges
This project is part of a special collaboration series, with an exceptionally high level of engineering difficulty. It required meeting the demands of both designers and clients, with strict quality control over materials, particularly in the marble craftsmanship and installation, where technical standards were extremely rigorous. Our engineering team overcame numerous challenges, ensuring precise cutting and seamless installation of every marble piece, delivering impeccable texture and aesthetic appeal.

▪ Fusion of Classic and Modern
The design journey began with a black-and-white photograph of Manhattan from the early 20th century ——— focusing on the balance of functionality and aesthetics, featuring refined lines with a Western style infused with vintage wood details. Large windows introduce natural light, combined with an open layout, highlighting the space’s transparency and spaciousness while maintaining a tidy and harmonious visual effect.

From wall finishes to furniture design and fabrication, we paid meticulous attention to every detail. 📍藍塘花園❱ 住宅項目 ❱ 完工作品 ❱ 約1100呎

這套單位以簡約風格為主，通過黑白對比與線條的簡潔之美，打造出舒適且實用的生活空間。適合追求高效空間利用的住戶，靈活應對不同需求的家庭。

客廳採用開放式布局，以黑白主調配色，白色牆面與淺灰色地磚形成鮮明的對比，賦予空間明亮與寬敞的感覺；再搭配深木色的層架，方便展示裝飾品或書籍，同時與陽台的自然光線相得益彰，為黑白空間注入自然與溫馨的氣息。

廚房則以白色櫥櫃為基調，結合溫暖的深木色色調，不僅提升了整體的質感，還提供了充足的儲物空間，滿足日常生活的實用需求，營造出既實用又時尚的烹飪空間。

樓梯間的設計同樣注重線條美學，與整體風格和諧統一，展現出空間的流暢感。

書房內配置了可折疊反床，這種多功能家具在平時可收起，節省空間，讓書房保持整潔的學習或工作環境；而當有客人到訪時，即可瞬間轉變為舒適的客房，展現了空間靈活性。這一設計亦適合小單位住戶，完美解決了空間有限的挑戰。

▪現代 新中式 設計風格

一踏入這處頂層豪宅，便被入門玄關的高樓底設計所震撼。雲石與木屏風的巧妙結合，運用大花白雲石作為點綴，營造出宛如四合院庭園的典雅氛圍，給人以寧靜而高貴的第一印象。大廳設計更是亮點十足，牆身選用木系花線，與落地大玻璃窗相得益彰。特別值得一提的是位於飯廳梳化背後的那組超高飾物櫃，成為全屋的視覺焦點。櫃中展示着戶主珍貴的收藏品，而中間木屏風的訂製手繪牆紙則增添了獨特藝術氣息，展現個人品味與文化內涵。
飯廳設計同樣令人驚艷，弧形元素的運用賦予空間柔和的現代感。牆身暗藏的玻璃酒櫃巧妙整合儲物與裝飾功能，展現出低調的奢華。天花採用弧形燈槽設計，選用金屬油漆作為物料，反射出柔和的光澤，進一步提升了空間的質感與層次感。
這種設計不僅體現了中國傳統家庭融合的理念，也為年輕一代提供了舒適的社交區域，實現了多代共融的理想居所。

📍珀苑❱ 住宅項目 ❱ 完工作品 ❱ 約2000呎

▪簡約現代：實用與美感的平衡

現代簡約設計以「少即是多」為核心，融合功能與美感。空間佈局明亮開闊，焦點落在「木皮拼花」工藝：客廳入牆櫃門以胡桃木人字拼接，低調中展現細節層次，窗旁亦加設座位，打造成閱讀小角落，搭配大片玻璃窗引入戶外綠意，氣氛更溫暖舒適。
主臥室設計極簡時尚，以白色牆面為基調，搭配寬大窗戶，引入自然光線與城市景觀，營造出開闊寧靜的氛圍，利用窗台位置做了書枱及儲物地櫃，既實用又不失美感，臥室內的深木色家具，如床頭櫃與邊櫃，與整體色調和諧統一。
主浴室以淺米灰色拼灰色大理石紋瓷磚，令空間更為寬敞，淋浴間內藏置物架設計，保持簡潔線條的同時提供充足收納，兼顧美觀與實用性。浴缸與淋浴區無縫銜接，打造大氣舒適的沐浴體驗，設計簡約卻充滿細膩質感，打造一個舒適與高雅並存的私人空間。

Modern Minimalism: Balancing Functionality and Aesthetics
Modern minimalist design embraces the philosophy of “less is more,” seamlessly blending function with beauty. The open and bright layout highlights the craftsmanship of “wood veneer herringbone” detailing: the living room’s built-in cabinet doors feature walnut herringbone patterns, exuding understated elegance. A window-side seating area doubles as a cozy reading nook, paired with large glass windows that invite natural light and greenery, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The master bedroom embraces minimalist chic with white walls and expansive windows that usher in natural light and city views, fostering a spacious and tranquil ambiance. Dark wood furniture, such as the bedside table and side cabinet, harmonizes with the overall color palette.
The master bathroom features light beige and gray marble-textured tiles, enhancing the sense of space. The shower includes built-in storage shelves, maintaining clean lines while providing ample storage. The seamless integration of the bathtub and shower area creates a luxurious and comfortable bathing experience, with a design that is both simple and refined. The master bedroom and bathroom together form a private sanctuary that balances comfort and elegance.

This project crafts a bold and unique sanctuary for a couple, featuring an open-plan living space with deep wood tones that perfectly blends style and functionality.
Wooden walls and storage cabinets bring natural warmth, paired with sleek gray cabinetry and a white island counter, with clean lines creating a fashionable ambiance.
The homeowners enjoy hosting friends, and a highlight is the high cabinet with a hidden sliding door track. When opened, the cabinet door transforms into a small bar counter, instantly becoming the party’s focal point! This design seamlessly combines practicality and style, effortlessly switching between storage and entertainment.
Another standout feature is the avant-garde open bathroom, with smart glass partitioning that switches from transparent to frosted at the touch of a button. This maintains an open, airy feel while ensuring privacy when needed, blending spatial depth with modern sophistication. Every corner exudes a unique, understated luxury.
