位於荃灣萬景峯的 830 呎舊樓單位，經全屋翻新後，以明亮白調、淺木質感與柔和弧線，重新塑造出一個寧靜而富生活氣息的家。

設計以減少壓迫感作為起點，透過白色牆身、淺色地板及圓角櫃體，放大空間感之餘，也讓整體線條更溫和。電視牆及收納櫃以簡潔白色櫃體整合，將日常雜物自然隱藏於牆身之中；鋼琴區則以雲石背景、開放層架與木質細節作點綴，成為空間中的藝術焦點。

飯廳以雲石紋餐桌配合柔和圓弧輪廓，延續整體溫潤氛圍。牆上的抽象藝術掛畫為白調空間注入個性，與灰色梳化、金屬細節及綠植互相平衡，令家居在簡約之中保留層次與溫度。

這次翻新不只是重造一個舊單位，而是重新梳理空間、收納、動線與生活品味。ADO CASA 透過設計與工程一站式服務，讓家回到最適合日常生活的理想狀態。

Design & Build
Vision City 830 sq.ft

Located in Vision City, Tsuen Wan, this 830 sq.ft. older apartment has been fully renovated into a calm and light-filled home. A bright white palette, pale wood textures and gentle curves create a space that feels open, soft and quietly refined.

The design focuses on reducing visual heaviness. White walls, light flooring and rounded cabinetry help expand the sense of space, while the TV wall and storage units are neatly integrated to keep everyday items out of sight. The piano area, framed by a marble-effect backdrop, open shelving and wood accents, becomes an elegant focal point in the home.

In the dining area, a marble-patterned table with rounded edges continues the soft visual language. Abstract artworks, a grey sofa, metallic details and greenery add personality, balance and warmth to the simple white interior.

More than renewing an old apartment, this project rethinks space, storage, flow and lifestyle. Through ADO CASA’s one-stop design and construction service, the home is shaped into a bright, comfortable and practical setting for everyday living.

位於沙田瓏珀山的 1056 呎新樓單位，坐擁開揚山景與充足自然光。設計以現代灰調、淺木質感與俐落線條為主軸，在寬敞格局之中，營造沉穩、舒適而具生活品味的家居氛圍。

客廳以窗外山景作為空間焦點，室內設計刻意保持簡潔留白，讓自然光與景觀自然滲入日常。電視牆以灰色飾面配合合大型影音設備，配合隱藏式收納櫃及線性燈光，令空間在視覺上更完整俐落。天花加入木格柵細節，融入天花陣位之餘，亦為現代感注入溫潤層次。

飯廳延續客廳的設計語言，以灰色訂製櫃體、木飾面、玻璃展示櫃及石材餐桌，平衡收納、展示與日常使用需要。暖色展示燈光令空間更有層次，也讓屋主的收藏與生活品味自然呈現。整個設計不以浮誇裝飾取勝，而是透過材質比例、燈光安排、收納規劃與景觀互動，建立一種安靜而耐看的高尚住宅美學。

St Michel 1056 sq.ft

Located in Shatin, St Michel, this 1,056 sq.ft new apartment enjoys open mountain views and abundant natural light. The design combines contemporary grey tones, warm wood textures and clean lines to create a calm, refined and comfortable home.

In the living room, the mountain view becomes the natural focal point. A clean grey feature wall complements the large audio-visual setup, while concealed storage, linear lighting and timber ceiling details create a sleek yet warm spatial expression.

The dining area continues the same design language, with custom grey cabinetry, wood finishes, glass display shelves and a stone dining table. Storage, display and daily functionality are carefully balanced, allowing the homeowner’s taste to be expressed with subtlety.

Rather than relying on excessive decoration, the design focuses on proportion, materials, lighting and the relationship between interior space and surrounding views.

很多人對北歐風的印象是白牆、木地板、IKEA，但真正的北歐生活哲學，其實不是一種風格，而是一個選擇：選擇把不重要的東西拿掉，讓重要的東西被看見。

整個空間以白色和原木色貫穿，沒有多餘的裝飾線條，沒有搶眼的色彩衝突。天花的弧形導角取代了傳統的直角收邊；大面積的雲石紋理電視牆與木質地台櫃一氣呵成，既是視覺焦點，也是收納的主力。飯廳與客廳之間沒有實體隔斷，一張橢圓形雲石餐桌定義了用餐的區域。廚房以玻璃間隔劃分功能區，透光卻不透亂，煮飯的人抬頭就看到客廳裡的家人。

北歐設計真正的精髓，是「剛好」。剛好的收納讓空間不會被物件綁架，剛好的動線讓生活在裡面的人不會互相干擾卻隨時可以靠近，剛好的光線讓你在任何一個角落都覺得放鬆。這不是做減法做到空無一物。而是把每一個細節都做到恰到好處。

One Beacon Hill 1100 sq.ft

Most people think Nordic design means white walls, wooden floors and IKEA. But true Nordic living was never a style. It's a choice to strip away what doesn't matter, so what does can be seen.

White and natural oak run through the entire space. Curved ceiling edges replace sharp corners. A marble-textured TV wall flows into the oak cabinet beneath, serving as both visual anchor and storage. No partition divides dining from living; an oval marble table quietly defines where meals happen. The kitchen sits behind glass: light passes through, clutter doesn't. None of this was designed to look good. It was designed to let everyday moments happen naturally.

The essence of Nordic design is "just enough." Just enough storage so the space isn't held hostage by belongings. Just enough flow so people never get in each other's way, yet can always be close. Just enough light so every corner feels like a place to exhale. This isn't emptiness. It's every detail, exactly right.

For twenty years, ADO CASA has designed homes across every style. But the starting point is always the same: when you walk through your front door, what's the first thing you want to do?
