🇬🇧 The West Žabica Land Passenger Terminal is steadily taking its final shape.

Within a site bounded by railway, port and urban infrastructure, a 225-metre-long structure is emerging, bringing together a bus terminal with 14 platforms, a public parking garage, and retail, hospitality and office spaces.

The combination of reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete and steel structures, constructed as several interconnected structural units, makes Žabica an exceptionally demanding project from both a technical and organisational perspective.

With each newly completed section, the development takes on a more defined form. Every completed section reflects the expertise and dedication of our engineers, site managers, construction workers and specialist teams. Progress is built on daily coordination, clear communication and professional collaboration among all parties involved in the project.

Upon completion, Rijeka will gain a new transport hub and an important urban focal point that will permanently transform the function and appearance of this part of the city.


🇭🇷 Zemaljski putnički terminal Zapadna Žabica sve jasnije poprima svoj konačni oblik.

Na prostoru omeđenom željezničkom, lučkom i gradskom infrastrukturom nastaje objekt dug 225 metara, koji objedinjuje autobusni kolodvor s 14 perona, javnu garažu te trgovačke, ugostiteljske i poslovne sadržaje.

Kombinacija armiranobetonske, prednapregnute i čelične konstrukcije, uz izvođenje u nekoliko međusobno povezanih konstruktivnih cjelina, čini Žabicu tehnički i organizacijski iznimno zahtjevnim projektom.

Sa svakom novom dovršenom cjelinom budući terminal sve više poprima svoju konačnu formu. Iza svakog izvedenog segmenta stoje znanje i predanost naših inženjera, voditelja, radnika i specijaliziranih timova. Napredak se temelji na svakodnevnoj koordinaciji, jasnoj komunikaciji i profesionalnoj suradnji svih sudionika projekta.

Završetkom radova Rijeka će dobiti novo prometno središte i važnu urbanu točku koja će trajno promijeniti funkciju i izgled ovog dijela grada.

🇬🇧 From theory to construction site.
We welcomed civil engineering students at Texo Molior’s Open Construction Site Days and walked them through our largest projects across Croatia. Our lead engineers shared hands-on technical solutions and real challenges from the field.
The first hard hat is on and with it the first step toward real engineering work.


🇭🇷 Od teorije do prakse na gradilištu.
Ugostili smo studente građevine na Danima otvorenih gradilišta Texo Moliora i proveli ih kroz naše najveće projekte diljem Hrvatske. Naši glavni inženjeri podijelili su s njima konkretna tehnička rješenja i svakodnevne izazove s terena.
Prva zaštitna kaciga je tu, a s njom i prvi korak prema stvarnom inženjerskom radu.

🇬🇧 At the GRADify career fair at the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Zagreb, we presented Texo Molior d.o.o., KARST d.o.o. and IPZ d.d., companies involved in different stages of construction projects: design, geomechanics and ex*****on.

Through conversations with students, we wanted to show the breadth of the work we do across our companies: from building and civil engineering to maritime works, geomechanics, design and the restoration of cultural heritage.

For young engineers, Texo Molior offers something you can’t learn from textbooks — projects whose scale, complexity and significance leave a real professional mark.

Thanks to the students who asked the questions that really mattered to them, and to the organisers who created the right space for it.


🇭🇷 Na sajmu poslova GRADify na Građevinskom fakultetu u Zagrebu predstavili smo Texo Molior d.o.o., KARST d.o.o. i IPZ d.d., tvrtke koje sudjeluju u različitim fazama građevinskih projekata: projektiranju, geomehanici i izvedbi.

Kroz razgovore sa studentima željeli smo pokazati širinu područja kojima se unutar naših tvrtki bavimo: od visokogradnje i niskogradnje do pomorskih radova, geomehanike, projektiranja i obnove kulturne baštine.

Mladim inženjerima Texo Molior nudi nešto što se ne uči iz knjiga - projekte čija veličina, kompleksnost i važnost ostavljaju stvaran profesionalni trag.

Hvala studentima koji su pitali ono što ih stvarno zanima i organizatorima koji su za to stvorili pravi prostor.

🇬🇧 With a strong sense of responsibility, we are taking part in the construction of the Senior Citizens Center Dubrovnik – Nursing Home and Residential Care Facility for the Elderly, one of the most important projects for the City of Dubrovnik.

The works are nearing completion, and the future center will provide 205 accommodation units, a day care facility for 75 users, as well as services for an additional 410 people outside the Center.

This is not just a care home, but a space designed for socializing, activities, and a better quality of life for older adults. The outdoor areas with gardens will add special value, envisioned as places for gathering, spending time outdoors, and building community.

This is a major investment for Dubrovnik, and the future Center will be the largest retirement home in Dubrovnik-Neretva County and one of the largest in Croatia.

We are building a space for a better quality of life and lasting value for the community, with full dedication from our team and accountability in ex*****on.


🇭🇷 S velikom odgovornošću sudjelujemo u izgradnji Centra za starije osobe Dubrovnik - Dom za starije i nemoćne, jednog od najvažnijih projekata za Grad Dubrovnik.

Radovi se privode kraju, a budući centar donosi 205 smještajnih kapaciteta, dnevni boravak za 75 korisnika te usluge za dodatnih 410 osoba izvan Centra.

Ovo nije samo dom, nego prostor namijenjen druženju, aktivnostima i kvalitetnijem životu osoba treće životne dobi. Posebnu vrijednost imat će i vanjski prostori s vrtovima, zamišljeni kao mjesto susreta, boravka i zajedništva.

Riječ je o velikoj investiciji za Dubrovnik, a budući Centar bit će najveći dom umirovljenika u Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj županiji i jedan od većih u Hrvatskoj.
