We moved from our respective cities of abidance to the countryside just below the mountains of Croatia's bordering region with Slovenia. The woods, wildlife, the River- it's all marvellous and awe-inspiring; but when it comes to domesticating and adapting your surrounding to your intentions- with a sanctuary budget- you must rely mainly on creative imagination, fortuitous resources and materials,
re-purposing and especially problem solving and multi-tasking. Business and Nature ought to go hand-in-hand; but for dependable quality in the results of your efforts, it's appropriate to follow Nature's rhythm and dynamics, without forcing human demand too much. We believe in harmony and know the difficulties in achieving it. But "Life is all about work", whether you work for the salary to buy food, or directly for the food itself; for order and coherence in any relationship or within yourself_ it takes time and patience. It also takes time to cultivate patience and an effective way to do that is to accept challenges with a holistic perspective_ seeing the greater picture. This farm focuses on these aspects of "work", in every facet of human growth and resilience in accomplishing the created tasks.
