A SIGN OF PLACE

Every studio deserves a sign that reflects its identity. For ours, we wanted something quiet, timeless, and honest to the materials that surround us.
Crafted from thick steel and finished in our signature blue, the new Morpharos sign now finds its place within the historic stone streets of Stari Grad. Its robust materiality creates a subtle dialogue with the centuries-old masonry. Clean geometry introduces a contemporary layer.

CELEBRATING ALVARO SIZA

A master of contemporary architecture turned 93. Siza's work is a constant inspiration in our understanding of Mediterranean space, light, and materiality. His work reminds us that simplicity is never simple, that the most timeless architecture is often the result of extraordinary restraint, precision, and sensitivity to place. CANOPY FOR PLAY

What began as a simple wooden structure is now finding its life through everyday use. Children move freely around it, gathering in the shade, turning the sandpit into a place of play, and the pavilion into a stage for small, spontaneous moments.

Without corners, the space remains open and undefined — allowing each day to shape its own use. Light filters through the sail above, casting soft shadows that shift with time, creating a calm and ever-changing atmosphere.

It is in these small interactions that the project reveals its intention — not as a fixed object, but as a framework for play, learning, and imagination.

CANOPY FOR PLAY

Designed for the youngest members of our community, this small pavilion introduces a quiet architectural presence within the kindergarten playground. Conceived as a place for play, gathering, and imagination, it shelters a sandpit while also becoming a stage for storytelling, small concerts, readings, and everyday moments of learning.

The structure is crafted entirely from wood, embracing natural materials and a warm tactile character. Its contemporary structural logic shifts the columns toward the center, leaving the corners open and allowing the space to flow freely toward the surrounding playground.

Above the structure, an earth-toned sail shade provides gentle protection from the sun while maintaining a light and airy character. The result is a small architectural gesture — a place for play, learning, and imagination under a soft canopy of shade.
