Zahvaljujemo se Jutarnjem listu i D&D-u što su naš projekt kuće obitelji Doležal prepoznali kao dobar primjer primjene CLT-a.
Zahvaljujemo se investitoru što je prepoznao prednosti “integralnog” rada u vidu DESIGN-BUILD i korištenja dijela mogućnosti BIM-a.
U suradnji sa izvođačem DRVO KONSTRUKTOM projekt je rađen od početka kao DESIGN – BUILD, te smo u BIM-u (arhitektura i konstrukcija) postigli razinu 4D odnosno vremensku komponentu, te 5D odnosno predvidanje troškova prema vidljivim elementima. Ovo se pokazalo kao ključno zbog predviđanja dinamike radova izvođenja i praćenja izvođenja i sagledavanja mogućih prepreka.
No niti jedan BIM program još ne može predvidjeti sagledavanje hrvatske birokracije i papirologije, to bi pretpostavljam moglo biti označeno kao 9D u budućnosti... :)
We would like to thank Jutarnji list i D&D for recognizing our Doležal family house project as a good example of the application of CLT.
We would like to thank the investor for recognizing the advantages of "integral" work in the form of DESIGN-BUILD and using part of the possibilities of BIM.
In cooperation with the contractor DRVO KONSTRUKT, the project was done from the beginning as a DESIGN-BUILD, and in BIM (architecture and construction) we achieved the 4D level, i.e. the time component, and 5D, i.e. the forecasting of costs according to visible elements. This proved to be crucial due to the prediction of the dynamics of the ex*****on works and the monitoring of the ex*****on and the consideration of possible obstacles.
But not a single BIM program can yet predict the overview of Croatian bureaucracy and paperwork, I guess that could be labeled as 9D in the future... :)
