Designed as an Airbnb residence, The Downtown Apartment renovation brings together the timeless character of the city’s architecture and the comfort of modern hospitality.

The original herringbone parquet preserves the soul of the apartment, while natural travertine and a soft neutral palette create a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Sculptural lighting, transparent dining chairs and carefully integrated architectural details introduce a contemporary layer without competing with the heritage of the space.

At the centre of the interior, the arched kitchen niche becomes a distinctive focal point—combining practical storage with soft, atmospheric lighting.

The result is an elegant urban home designed to offer every guest an authentic and memorable experience of Zagreb.

A well-designed commercial bathroom is never “just” a bathroom. It is one of those spaces that quietly reflects the overall quality, attention to detail, and values of a business.

When every material, proportion, and finish is carefully considered, even the most functional spaces become part of the experience. They communicate cleanliness, elegance, and professionalism before a single word is spoken.

For this project, we chose XL-format tiles to create a calm, seamless aesthetic. Their reduced grout lines make the space feel more expansive, refined, and visually uninterrupted, while adding a timeless sense of sophistication that elevates the entire interior.

The curved wall and ceiling were designed to bring softness, fluidity, and calmness into the hallway experience — transforming a purely functional space into an architectural statement.

Seeing a project come to life — from the very first consultation to the final realisation — is always the most rewarding part of the process.

Projects of this scale require far more than just design. They demand intensive planning, consistency, problem-solving, and presence to ensure that no detail is compromised along the way.

In just 4 months, we transformed a 130 m² commercial space into a complete turnkey project.

As visible throughout the process, this was not a “blank canvas” project. The existing flooring, ceiling height, and AC positions had to remain untouched — and everything else was carefully designed and developed around those fixed conditions.

A successful project realisation is only possible with an investor who truly believes in the vision and stays committed to it until the very end.
